Arise Women of God
Welcome to Arise!—a space for Christian women 50 and older who sense the stirring of the Holy Spirit, calling them to more. I’m your host, Jen Spratley, I’m here to remind you that it’s never too late to start again, dream again, or walk boldly in your God-given purpose. Each week we’ll journey together through the Word of God, drawing strength from the lives of biblical women who rose up in faith, obedience, and purpose—even when the world said it was too late. We’ll also glean from other women in history and up to today who have overcome challenges, struggles and still accomplished tremendous success.
If your heart has been whispering, “There must be more,” this podcast is your confirmation. Here, we’ll seek God’s presence, unpack His promises, and talk openly about the beauty and challenges of this season.
You were created for such a time as this. It’s time to rise, daughter of the King. Your purpose didn’t expire—it's being awakened.

Have you ever felt God calling you to step out—only to stop because of people?
Their looks.
Their opinions.
Their judgment.
Their faces.
In this teaching, we dive into Jeremiah 1:4–10, where God calls Jeremiah to be a prophet to the nations and gives him a powerful command:
“Do not be afraid of their faces.”
This message is for anyone who feels intimidated, silenced, or delayed by the fear of people. If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, fear of rejection, or worrying about how others will respond to your obedience, this word is for you.
🔥 In this teaching, you’ll learn:
- Why God calls you before people ever form an opinion
- How the fear of man quietly blocks purpose
- What “their faces” really represent
- How to walk boldly in obedience—even when people don’t understand
God did not call you to be approved by people—He called you to be obedient to Him.
