GlowGetter Month in Review Handout
If another month flew by and you’re wondering whether you actually moved forward, this guided Month-in-Review is your calm reset. We slow the scroll, take a breath, and walk through clear prompts that turn vague intentions into a focused next step. No pressure, no perfection—just awareness, kindness, and one upgrade you can actually keep.
We start with energy and wellness, asking how your days truly felt and where sleep, stress, and joy helped or hurt. From there, we reframe weight loss and movement as connection rather than control, tracking real-world indicators like steadier energy, strength, and consistency. Mindset gets equal billing: we identify the thoughts that looped all month, the belief that got stronger, and the one that needs an upgrade so actions align with who you’re becoming.
Productivity and habits get a compassionate audit. We highlight routines that made life smoother, shrink heavy tasks into easy versions for low-energy days, and adjust systems instead of blaming willpower. Money reflection centers values: which purchases supported your priorities, one leak to close, and progress on savings or debt. We also evaluate your environment, naming one space that feels calm, one that drains focus, and a simple system to reset.
Relationships, style, and growth round it out. You’ll name nourishing connections, pick a boundary that protects your time, and choose a person to reach out to with intention. You’ll spot outfits and rituals that elevated your confidence and select one refresh that reflects your identity. Then we capture learning, an avoided stretch, and one growth focus for the month ahead. Finally, we celebrate—five wins, one brave thing, and a small reward for progress—because celebration trains your brain to keep going.

Well, hello ladies. Take a deep breath for me for a second. If you've been moving fast, if life has felt loud, if another month just flew by and you're wondering, am I actually moving forward? You are in the right place. Today's episode is one of my favorites because it's not about pushing harder or fixing yourself. It's about checking in, noticing, and realigning with kindness and intention. This is your Glowgetter Month in Review, a monthly ritual for women in midlife who are done waiting for change and ready to create it on purpose. This is your accountability bestie in podcast form. So grab the handout in the show notes, a notebook, or just listen and reflect quietly. There is no wrong way to do this. So why the month in review matters? Here's the truth: no one tells us. Most women don't fail because they aren't capable. They drift because they don't pause. Midlife doesn't need more pressure. It needs awareness. When you reflect regularly, you stop living on autopilot. You stop letting weeks blur together. You start seeing patterns, progress, and power. Because in midlife, we don't wait for things to change. We track it, we reflect on it, and we make it happen. So let's walk through this together. So energy and wellness. Let's start here because everything else rests on your energy. Ask yourself, how did my energy feel most days this month? Where did I feel alive, calm, or steady? Where did I feel drained or stretched thin? Think about your sleep, your stress, your joy. No judgment, just information. Now ask, which habits supported me? What's one small upgrade I can make next month? Not ten changes, one gentle upgrade. That's how real wellness sticks. So weight loss and movement. This is about connection, not control. Ask, how did my body feel when I moved? Did movement feel supported or forced? Notice all progress, scale changes, energy shifts, clothes fitting differently, strength, consistency. Ask yourself, did I honor hunger and fullness? What worked well that I want to continue? What needs a smarter, kinder tweak this month? Your body is not the enemy, it's the partner. So now mindset and self-talk. This one is powerful. Ask yourself, what thoughts did I repeat most often this month? Were they encouraging or critical? Then notice where confidence grew, where fear and doubt tried to run the show. Then ask yourself, what belief did I strengthen? What belief is ready for an upgrade next month? Remember, thoughts create feelings, feelings drive actions, and actions shape your life. So now productivity and habits. This is not about doing more, it's about doing what works for you. So ask yourself, what routines made life feel smoother? Where did I follow through like a boss? And gently, what drained me over and over again? What habits need a smaller, easier version? If something feels heavy, it doesn't mean you failed. It means the system needs adjusting. Next, money and financial glow up. Money check-ins build confidence, not shame. So ask yourself, did my spending reflect my priorities and values? What purchases truly supported my life this month? Look for one money leak you can close next month. Any progress with saving or debt, big or small? Awareness creates power and power creates options. So now home and organization, your environment matters more than you think. Ask yourself, what space has felt calm or efficient? Where did clutter steal my focus? And notice one system that worked beautifully, one area that needs a reset or simplification. Your home should support your energy, not drain it. Relationships and connection. This one is good. Midlife is a season of choosing wisely. So ask yourself, which relationships felt nourishing? Where do I need clearer boundaries? Reflect honestly to yourself. Did I reach out or pull back too much? Who do I want to intentionally connect with next month? Connection is fuel and boundaries protect it. So style, beauty, and confidence. This is not about trends, it's about identity. Ask, how often did I show up as the woman I'm becoming? What made me feel radiant or powerful? Notice outfits that boosted my confidence, beauty routines that lifted my mood. Ask, what's one refresh I want next month? Confidence is built in small daily choices. Personal growth and learning. Growth doesn't have to be overwhelming. Ask yourself, what did I learn this month? What stretched me even a little? And be honest. What did I avoid that could help me grow? What is one growth focus for next month? Curiosity keeps you evolving. So finally, wins and celebrations. This part matters more than you think. List five wins, big or small. One brave thing you did this past month, even if it scared you. And ask yourself, what did I do differently that created momentum this past month? How will I reward myself for progress, not perfection? Celebration trains your brain to keep going. So the monthly closeout and identity shift. Complete these sentences at the end. This month I became a woman who.
