I'm so excited that you're here joining me for yet another episode here at Fertile Frequencies. Today is going to be really exciting. We are going to actually do a wonderful meditation and visualization that is going to connect your heart with your womb space. If you are someone that is on a fertility journey or possibly you could be pregnant and you are looking to connect with your baby, as well as help ease some of the anxiety and stress that could be coming from with being pregnant, maybe your first time mom or parent, and you're really looking for a way to really calm your central nervous system and to feel more in alignment with those peaceful energies, this is going to be a great opportunity for you. And so if you are someone that's looking to get pregnant, you are trying to conceive, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your heart and womb. This is an important part of the process to be able to have that mind-body connection, not only in the physical level, but on an energetic level. And so this is going to do that today. We're going to be opening your heart chakra as well as connecting, again, like I stated, with your womb space, remembering that your womb, which is going to be your sacral chakra, which is the second energy center, is going to be a place of overall creation. So it is about fertility, but fertility of anything. So remembering that throughout your life, even when you are not trying to conceive, that your womb is a place of helping you to create life and projects as well as family, maybe better relationship with yourself and others. It is a place of creativity. So really getting into those feminine, divine feminine energies, creative creation energies, and is an energetic center. In fact, all of the chakras or energy centers are going to be energetic centers, even though we have actual organs connected to these centers, they are energy centers. And the organs are also responding to the energy that is at these centers. And so, for example, if someone had their gallbladder removed, that oftentimes they still will have some of the symptoms if they don't change the energy that was attached to that particular organ. And as medical intuitive, which medical disclaimer, I am am not your medical provider. I am giving you education. This is for educational purposes only. Energy is a huge, huge part of being able to have harmony within your physical body because energy is actually always going to be driving everything, including all of your cells, your organs, your fertility, your hormones, everything. So the mind-body connection is super, super powerful. Want to make sure that you understand understand that and have the resources and access through following Fertile Frequencies as well as content that I'm putting out to be able to educate and gain more wisdom within yourself because that's really what I am here for is helping you to unlock the wisdom that's already within you and guiding you to it. But the heart and the uterus connection in traditional Chinese medicine is known as the Bai Mai, which is an energetic conduit connection to the heart and to the uterus. And so again, this is very powerful. We have to look at the physical part of what the heart is doing and really helping to pump blood throughout the system and really helping with the blood circulation. It's the life center of keeping our body alive. Physically, we do know through science that the heart is a huge part of just overall longevity for the body. And so there's that, but there's also the energetic part as well, which is really what we're talking about when we talk about chakras and energy centers. This connection connects to the womb space, which by the way, men, you also have a womb space. You just don't have a uterus like a woman does. So it is different, but remembering that these are energy centers and women just, we have a physical organ as well. On top of the physical, on top of the energetic center. And so it is a place of creation. That's just, it's just, that's what it is. It's a place of creation. It's an energy place of creation, creation of everything. I can't. Anything that you want in your life, I can't stress that enough. This energetic connection, it's really connecting the human part of you to the soul part of you, and then helping you create that in physical form through the creative womb space. Not going to get too much into it today. I feel that this is a whole nother episode that I could do just talking about the sacral chakra, the womb space creative center, and really what that means. So we are going to do this meditation visualization today i'm going to talk about spirit babies help you connect and again if you are someone that is pregnant you're also going to have an opportunity to connect with your little one what we are going to do is i'm going to recommend a few stones for you and a couple that i love is rose quartz which is the mother stone as well as emerald but we'll go ahead and link in the show notes um a couple of options for you if you're interested in investing in some stones. So we'll go ahead and do that. And also important to note that there is many ways that you can meditate and visualize. I don't want you to think that you have to do the traditional meditation pose. I think often people generally think that that's how you have to do it. Absolutely misconception. I just recommend that your spine is straight. If you want to lie down, that's perfectly fine. If you'd like to sit with your back straight in a chair, or if you'd like to sit in the traditional meditation pose, that is amazing as well. Just make sure that your spine is straight so that the energy conduit of the universe is going all through your spine and it has a even flow to work through your system to be able to activate this healing that we're doing today. So let's go ahead and get started. And this is going to be wonderful for you today. Super excited to share it with you. And I'm going to go ahead and let you get comfortable. Now let's begin. Before we start, I invite you to sit comfortably. You may also lie down, making sure that your spine is straight. Remembering when your spine is straight, this creates an energy conduit for the universe to bring in the energy all through your physical being. unlocking and awakening the beautiful energy within you all of the abundance and prosperity and absolutely your fertility as you keep your spine straight in your comfortable position that you have identified in this moment if you are sitting your feet will be firmly planted on the ground If you are lying down, making sure that your spine is straight, you can place your rose quartz or emerald stone in your hand or at your heart if that feels aligned for you. And now you close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose. Hold at the top for a few seconds and exhale out slowly through your mouth. As you are doing this, remember that as you are inhaling through your nose, you are breathing in all the love and abundance and prosperity. And as you breathe out through your mouth, you are letting go of any tension, worries or anxiety. And we are going to do this three times, focusing on your breath, repeating as you did for the first, inhaling in through your nose, breathing in all the love and prosperity, hold it for a second, and then exhaling out through your mouth and letting go all of the tensions, and the worries and anxiety. And you're breathing in again through your nose, bringing in all the love and prosperity, all the goodness of the love from the universe. And then you're breathing out all of the lack, fear, doubt and anxieties. And as you're doing this, focusing on breathing normally now, You feel your body beginning to relax and settle. All the tension and distractions or doubts, they're just melting away. And in this moment, you connect and heal and open within all the goodness within you. Now you're bringing your attention to the center of your chest where your heart center is located. You're visualizing an emerald green light beginning to radiate from the space. This light is coming from within you. Remembering that all of the abundance, protection, fertility and prosperity is always within. It is never outside of you. It is always within. This beautiful light grows brighter and warmer and more vibrant. with every inhale. You feel it expanding with each breath, filling your chest, your body, and space around you. This is your heart chakra awakening, the fourth energy center, opening you to the love and compassion that is already within you. Awakening it now. And now you place your hands gently over your heart. And you repeat this affirmation silently or aloud with me for a total of six times. I love how my heart is open to love. I give and receive love freely and fully. I love how my heart is open to love. I give and receive love freely and fully. how my heart is open to love. I give and receive love freely and fully. I love how my heart is open to love. I give and receive love freely and fully. I love how my heart is open to love, I give and receive love freely and fully. And now you feel the warmth of this affirmation in your chest, surrounding your beautiful heart. Imagine it softening any emotional barriers, melting away any tension, and creating space for connection. and connection with your spirit baby and love to flow freely. Now imagine a gentle white and gold light surrounding you. This is the universe's energy filled with infinite love. Feel it radiating into your heart, complementing the emerald green light within you, infusing your heart center with divine love connecting you to infinite love around you and inside you. Repeat in your mind after me, and so it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Feeling the deep sense of oneness within and all around you. This is your heart's connection to everything that is. and also the connection to your beautiful baby, your future child, is here with you and all around you. You feel their warmth and presence as they communicate with you through your heart center. You will always find them here and you can always come back to this place to connect with their incredible, beautiful energy. As I count from one to three, you will come back to your physical body and you will bring this beautiful energy that you experienced with you today into your physical reality. It is now embodied a deeper connection with your future child and with the beautiful energy energy the infinite energy of infinite possibilities that you are your heart is now open and this beautiful energy you bring with you now it is now embodied it has always been here but now you are aware of it and as i count from one to three you will come back to this room 1. You start to become more aware. 2. You can wiggle your hands and toes. 3. You can open your eyes and bring this beautiful energy with you today, bringing this sense of unconditional love and openness to receive all the goodness that life has to offer today. and all the amazing fertile winds that are coming your way.
