"Van Hon". 3-0 professional boxer. A longtime friend and one of the first boxing students I ever had. Literally started in the garage... and worked her way up to an undefeated pro boxing record. She is strong, quick, athletic and an all around powerhouse. That, combined with her loving and energetic spirit, makes Vanessa an absolutely incredible person to be around. Had a blast picking her brain on boxing and can't wait to have her back!
