In this episode, we meet Anna Ihle, an artist consultant, who offers a practical look at the structural challenges of embedding artists within the multi-partner NEBstar project. Anna emphasizes valuing the artist's creative process—the often-hidden expertise or hidden knowledge — over merely the resulting artwork, stressing the need to address underlying power imbalances among partners.
