Ready to trade overwhelm for a plan that actually fits your life? We sit down with Maddie, our high-energy C3 who’s worn many hats at Couture Med Spa, to map out practical steps for clearer skin, calmer redness, softer lines, and renewed confidence. From the first consultation to a sustainable routine, we show how small moves add up—whether you’re a beginner starting fresh or returning to care after a busy season.

We unpack Maddie’s top three pillars—skincare, facials, and Botox—and explain where microneedling belongs in the journey. Curious about microneedling with exosomes? We break down how exosomes accelerate healing and amplify collagen, making results more noticeable with less downtime. We also spotlight new product heroes: Pavise Dynamic Age Defense for all-in-one daytime protection and glow, and Ourself’s vesicle tech that helps actives get deeper for real change. If redness, brown spots, or texture are your pain points, we share how an IPL and fractional strategy pairs with barrier-first skincare to deliver visible progress.

The conversation turns real and personal: why clients often arrive shy, how mindset shifts as results appear, and how Botox or Dysport can ease migraines and masseter tension as well as lines. We also go deep on GLP-1 weight loss tools—what they’re good for, how to manage side effects, and why stigma misses the lived reality of slow metabolisms, thyroid issues, and packed schedules. Maddie’s honest take: success is personal. Build habits you can keep on your tired days, and let your reflection catch up to how you want to feel.

Want a confident start to the year? Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs a nudge, and leave a quick review to tell us which treatment or habit you’re committing to first. Then book your consult, protect your skin daily, and give yourself the hour you’ve been putting off—you’ll feel the difference.

New Year, New You Kickoff

SPEAKER_00

Welcome back to Kutor Conversations. I'm your host, Lindsay, lead aesthetician here at Kator Med Spa. And today we are kicking off new year, new you, with someone that we all know and love, Maddie. She is currently a C3 here at Kator Medspa. And if you've met her, you know that she radiates positivity, energy, and all things in aesthetics confidence. Maddie has worn many hats here at Couture, and today we're diving into her personal beauty journey, her favorite treatments, how she helps clients step into the best versions of themselves. Maddie, welcome.

SPEAKER_01

Oh well, not welcome, but hey.

Maddie’s Top Three: Skincare, Facials, Botox

SPEAKER_00

Super excited to have you again. I'm excited to be here. So since we're talking about new year, new you, I want to start with you. So um, you've tried a lot of different treatments at Couture and different skincare products, um, and you've seen firsthand what they can do to change not only aesthetically, but a person's confidence um and you know how they feel in themselves um emotionally. So, what are some of your absolute favorite treatments?

SPEAKER_01

Ooh, skincare is included, right? Oh yeah. Oh okay. I have my top three. My skincare, absolutely, my facials, because I love. And I would have to say my Botox. I love my Botox. Uh, those three, top three forever.

SPEAKER_00

What are some of your favorite skincare products?

SPEAKER_01

Um I haven't been able to try like much of the new stuff, but I love the I think it's the Medicare TNS serum.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, the Skin Medica TNS. That one.

SPEAKER_01

So good. Skin Medica is so good. Um I always love my matte tinted sunscreen. Love that one.

SPEAKER_00

That one's a couture favorite.

SPEAKER_01

And my retinol. Yeah. Oh yeah. Oh yeah, my retinol. Well, no, my tritinone. That's what it's called. Do a tritinone.

SPEAKER_00

Tritone on retinol. A little bit different for everyone, which everyone goes best with their skin. All right, facials. What's your favorite facial?

SPEAKER_01

A hydrofacial. A hydrofacial because I'm so dry. I'm always so dry. Ugh. That and derma planing. Top two.

SPEAKER_00

Have you got to do micronealing yet? That I forgot about that.

SPEAKER_01

That's not a facial for me. That's a whole different, that's a whole different beast.

SPEAKER_00

That's a treatment.

SPEAKER_01

That one, oh, I did, I think what, three of them with you.

SPEAKER_00

Yes, we did. Yeah. I've done videos of you. Ask if you've done it.

Microneedling Meets Exosomes Explained

SPEAKER_01

I was glowing. Glowing. Oh. But you haven't been back.

SPEAKER_00

You haven't been back since we brought on exosomes, have you?

SPEAKER_01

No, but I heard about them.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so we need to try the exosomes with your microneedling now. So exosomes are gonna help like reduce your downtime, they're gonna help speed up your healing process, but they're gonna help enhance your results. So more collagen, more elastin, better, faster results.

SPEAKER_01

So what is an exosome? Like what is it?

SPEAKER_00

So an exosome is an extracellular vesicle that is naturally produced in our body. Um, and think of it as like a little like suitcase. And inside of it, it carries growth factors, cytokins, um, all these things that are gonna help basically regenerate our skin. And it makes its way through and it drops each of those off at that level where they need to be and basically tells it what to do. So I love to tell my clients that microneedling is like your cup of coffee, and then exosomes is like adding a shot of espresso to that cup of coffee.

SPEAKER_01

Oh listen, one thing about me is I love my espresso. That sounds great.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so yeah, new year, new you'll get some microneedling with exosomes.

SPEAKER_01

That booked tomorrow. Perfect.

SPEAKER_00

Botox, we all love Botox. Oh, it's a fan favorite forever, yeah, and always. Are you a Botox or Disport girly?

SPEAKER_01

I switch between the two, but I love my Disport.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

My Disport. I like that it works faster. And for me, it always lasted longer.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I feel like I don't know. I'm so expressive that like I break through Botox and Disport like nothing. It's horrible. Like, even right now, I just got my Botox maybe like three weeks ago, but I'm so strong that I need to get it again. It's so bad, but oh, when it's frozen, it's frozen. Nothing will move up here. Oh, beautiful.

New Skincare Lines And Standouts

SPEAKER_00

Uh so what are some I know since you've um, if any of you haven't watched our last episode that we did with Maddie, she currently is a C3 at Couture, but has been through multiple different roles with us at Couture. Took a nice short little break as she started nursing school. She's still currently in nursing school, but is back as a C3. So we've have brought on, like how I mentioned um the micronee with exosome, she hasn't tried. We've brought on some other new skincare products as well. Any of the new skincare products caught your eye that you're excited to try about? New year, new you, new skincare?

SPEAKER_01

Yes. I, my first day back at Couture, I was staring at Pavise and Arcel, and I was like, there's an eye serum that I was looking at, and I was like, I need that. I'm a tired college girly. That sounds great. Um, the there was another one. It was kind of like the I can't remember. I can't remember what the old products were, but I remember looking at it and I was like, that looks hydrating. Like it was kind of like the hydrate from Obashi, I think, but I don't think it was as thick. Is there a new moisturizer?

Ourself Tech And Pavise Deep Dive

SPEAKER_00

Uh we have a couple different ones from oh, we have a couple. We have um some from Skin Medica, the Tina Ceramite Treatment Cream. That one's like nice and rich and creamy. Um, we have the Ultra Shear, which is a little bit more lightweight. Then we also have the HA5 Replenishing Serum from Um Skin Medica. That one is so good. Deep dose of hydration, like 48 hours worth of hydration. So good. They also just um repackaged all of their um products. It's so cute. It's like white with like a like a rose gold color almost. It's more sleek looking. So New Year's Can Medica got a new you. So yeah, it's exciting. The R Self is great. Um, it has a tiered release um vesicle technology that allows products to penetrate deeper into the skin. Oh, okay. Um, which that's one of the hardest things when it comes to um products, is our skin is made to keep stuff out. It's a barrier. So um it's able to get down deep into the skin. Um, for anyone who's listening, if you guys haven't heard, you can go back a couple episodes. We have um Alex, the rep from Ourself, did a whole podcast episode kind of explaining all the products and what they do and how they work. Um so those have been really good. Um, and then yeah, Pavise has been a game changer for a lot of our clients as well. Um, it's a newer brand. They're definitely um, you know, getting their foot out there, and our clients have been loving that one as well. Um, it has a diamond core technology, um, which is really cool, really science-y, which is great. I don't know if sciencey is a word, but um switching the rolls when you what's your favorite product? Oh gosh, such a hard one. Um right now, I would have to say it is probably the Pavees, their dynamic age defense, um, which is their daytime product, and it is a treatment, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen all in one. Um, so it protects your skin, it helps with fine lines and wrinkles, it has pigment inhibitors to help with pigmentation, has humectants to help with moisture, and it's a really good sunscreen. Um, so it helps with a little bit of everything, but I have been pairing it. You don't need to wear a moisturizer with it. It is very hydrating, but I've been pairing it with the new RSelf HA Plus replenishing serum, um, which also has like peptides in it, it has antioxidants in it, hydrators in it, gives that really good, like glassy skin dewy look. Um, so I'll put my RSelf HA5 replenishing serum on first and then might do my Pubby's on top. It's been a game changer. Yep, glow all day. So those two new ones have been my favorite. So those two new products um that we've launched have been amazing. So yeah, you gotta try those. Gotta get some of those. Gotta get my skincare girl back into her skincare.

SPEAKER_01

Give me a week.

unknown

Give me a week.

SPEAKER_00

She's like, I'm on it. So, so as a C3, you are one of the very first um people that people see when they're coming into the spa, especially for like new clients doing consultations. What are some treatments that you love recommending for? Maybe someone who is a beginner, say this is their this is their year. 2026 is their year, they're gonna take care of themselves, they're gonna make it for them. What are some treatments that you would recommend?

Front Desk To Guide: Beginner Plans

SPEAKER_01

Well, during the consultation process, we ask them like what it is they're looking for. Um, a lot of people, well, we live in Florida, it's hot, so like people notice the redness first. Um, and I have really bad rosacea. So um I do like to talk to them about IPLs. Um, I do start, well, I start the consultation with asking them about their skincare routine. Um, because I do feel like that is like you kind of need that to start anything. Like that's what can cause the brown spots. We don't have that, you know, like different things like that. So I start with skincare with that with them to see like what their routine is. Um, and a lot of you would be surprised how many people just wash their face with like a five-in-one body wash. That I'm like, wee, which guilty, because I definitely did that before I worked here, but I'm like, wow, like it does make such a difference. Um, and then I go into like IPLs because again, rosacea is like a big problem for most people. Um second biggest problem is texture. Everybody cannot stand their texture. So I my top three is I normally go for like the lasers, like the icon lasers, so fractional IPL and vein removal if they want to do the vein removal. Um, I go for skincare and then I go to Botox because a lot of people are the older ages, or like starting at the age where starting Botox is not like a bad thing. A lot of the younger people are like, I'm only 27, like I shouldn't be doing Botox. I'm like, girl, I started when I was 21. Like it's not, you don't there's no age limit for Botox. I mean above 18, but there's no age limit for Botox. Like starting it young, like it's it's not horrible. It helps and it helps with the lines. Um, but I would say those are my three Botox, skincare, and lasers all day, every day.

Skincare First Philosophy

SPEAKER_00

What are some um things that you notice in clients once they, you know, so come in, they take your recommendations, they start doing these treatments. What has your personal experience been working with these clients and kind of following through and their changes and not only physically but emotionally and how they are feeling about themselves? What are some personal experiences you've had with that?

Real Client Transformations And Emotions

SPEAKER_01

Honestly, this job has been very humbling. I will say I've had a lot of people that come in and they're very shy during the consultation process, they're very uncomfortable talking about what makes them come in. Because some people will come in, they'll be like, Oh, I just want my my lips done. I want lip filler. But then you have the people that are like, I'm here because like I don't like how I look, I don't like how I feel. I just want I'm I don't know what I want to do. I just want to fix myself. And you kind of gotta start with the well, one, you don't need to fix yourself. You obviously can't say it like that because then people are like, Well, I want to, you know. But it's kind of guiding them to where you feel like based on what they're telling you, how you're gonna get them to where they're gonna feel good about themselves. Cause I get it, like if I don't feel good about something, I'm gonna go do something to fix it. A lot of these people, when they come in, after seeing them do like the microneedling that we talked about, seeing a couple of treatments of that, you see people I've seen people in tears, especially when I was in Okoe, in tears by how the treatments have worked. I've seen people cry to you about how the treatments have worked for them and changed their lives. Botox has saved a lot of people. Like, some people get migraines, some people get the um the massaders. Like, I get mine, mine are so bad that I can crack my teeth in the back. So, like, I've had people cry about how much these lasers have helped with their rosacea, their brown spots, the skincare has helped with their like just the hydration, like everything. I've had people in tears and seeing that, I'm like, wow, like you don't believe it until you see it. And I mean, I believe it because I use it, but like it's a different experience seeing how much this stuff actually really does affect people. And people walk out and they're like, I just feel beautiful. Like the reviews that we've gotten where people are like, You guys should have changed my life forever. I'm like, this is great, it's so cute.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and I think we get a lot of people too that I know I hear it a lot as an aesthetician because I get a lot of one-on-one time with the clients in the room, relaxed, where they do say, like, this is the year I'm gonna take care of myself. This is something that I'm gonna do for me, because we do get a lot of women who are, and men that are busy working and they kids, yeah, like, and it's all about helping someone else, helping their job, helping their kids, helping their wife or husband, you know, keeping things right at home, whatever it may be, and getting them to come in there multiple times a month if you have the membership. Um, but once a month when they see me for facials, and I just see them lay there and relax and hear those stories of like, yeah, this is I'm finally doing something for myself. And I think that's very important because we get so caught up in making sure everyone else is so taken care of that we kind of lose a bit of ourselves.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely.

Permission To Prioritize Yourself

SPEAKER_00

And I think it's great that we can be there for them and help them walk through that. And like you said, when you do your consultation, what bothers you? What are you looking for? And we can help guide them into what we think would be best.

SPEAKER_01

And a lot of the stuff that I do here is like, oh, I just I've never had time to do any of this. But like, new new year, new you like it's okay to be selfish, like you're not you're not being selfish. Like if you have kids and a husband and all the things, and you have to go home and cook and clean and whatever, taking an hour out of your day to come get a facial or to come get Botox or come whatever, like you're okay to be selfish. Be selfish for an hour because you're gonna go home and you'll feel better, and then you're gonna be able to take care of them better because you feel good.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and that kind of leads me into the next thing that we were gonna talk about is we do hear so much from clients like, I feel guilty doing this for myself, or I don't want to be high maintenance, or you know, they feel like it's selfish, like you said. Um, from your perspective and from your journey and what you've learned working at couture, because like you said, you know, in our other episode, we talked about you didn't come from an aesthetic background, you didn't start at Couture in aesthetics. What's something that you think is important for people to know about making themselves a priority sometimes?

SPEAKER_01

I don't think it's selfish. I don't think it's selfish, I don't think it's high maintenance, I think it's just maintenance. It's kind of like we're kind of like cars. We're like, you gotta, you gotta continue to like tune it up, take care of it for it to run. Because eventually it's gonna burn out, die, like you're not gonna have that car anymore. Us continuing to not take care of ourselves. Like I said, I worked in construction before this, so me not taking care of myself, coming into couture, it was a whole new world for me. When I started taking care of my skin, taking care of like my weight, taking care of myself as a whole, I started noticing such a difference. Like people would tell me, like, oh, you look happier, you look like less tired, your skin looks great. And at first you're kind of like, what did I look like before this? But then you're like, no, they're right though, because I feel better. And I feel like it's not high maintenance, it's not you shouldn't feel guilty about taking care of yourself because eventually you're gonna get to a point where you're just gonna burn out and you're not gonna be able to do all of the things that you want to do because you neglected yourself for so long. Be selfish, be high, be high maintenance if that's what you want to call it. Do it. It's the best thing that you could ever do for yourself, for your family, and for anybody around you. Take care of yourself first.

GLP-1s, Habits, And Stigma

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. And you and I were just talking about this, you know, before we started our episode, we were talking about um the GLP ones and weight loss and new year, new you. I think a lot of people, you know, a lot of people have that um, oh, I'm gonna start going to the gym in the new year. I'm gonna start this new routine in the new year. Um, I was always like that. I was always like, January, January, I'll start. Um, you can start New Year, New Year's any time of the year. Um, but you know, it's it's been a journey on like weight loss. And I know you and I talked about have you started yours yet or you have not started yet?

SPEAKER_01

I've been like on and off of them. Okay. Because I am very much the I'm gonna wait till January. I'm gonna go to the gym, and then it hit January, and I was like, Well, there's 31 days, like I'm okay, I could wait. These weight loss shots though, I did it for a little bit and I lost a lot of weight. Like, as you know, I struggle with my weight. I can get I can eat one chip and gain 20 pounds, but then eat nothing for a day and lose maybe two ounces. So, like, that is a big thing for me. I think that's another reason why, like, it's okay to be selfish because I'm like, oh, I'll be selfish, I'll get the like GLP one shots, I'll lose the weight, and at the end of the day, I'll still feel good. I'll feel better because I look better to me. Yeah, uh, I love the weight loss shots. Yeah, I'm back on them. I've been on them for I believe two weeks now. Two weeks now, and I'm down seven pounds. I know. Nice. I'm like, ooh, okay, love to see it.

SPEAKER_00

Nice. How are you feeling on them?

SPEAKER_01

Um, it was weird because when I first started them a while ago, I was really, really nauseous every day. And then I realized it was because I was still doing my old habits with the shots. Like, I'm like, okay, I'm on the shot, I'm not gonna eat a million times a day, but I can definitely eat this big meal and these chips and this candy. And then I was like, oh no, like you really do have to switch up your whole lifestyle, like choose to be healthier. You don't always have to eat a salad, but like eat a lower calorie snack, eat some nuts, eat like a salad. If you want a salad, protein hydration that stopped my nausea a lot. I will say, I have a weird thing with chicken. Anytime I eat like grilled chicken, I'm like, I'll burp it up all day. It's so gross. But I'm like, maybe not chicken, maybe not grilled chicken. I just won't do that.

SPEAKER_00

Maybe find some other proteins, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm like, I'll find something else. But honestly, like I don't feel the nausea anymore. If I eat too much, I can feel it because I'm like, whoa, like chill out. But I do feel like full faster, full longer, and I feel like I have more energy because of it. Like, I feel like it's burning it slowly, so I'm I'm able to last longer in the day without feeling like I'm about to knock out and go to sleep.

Health Conditions And Fair Judgments

SPEAKER_00

I feel like there's still, I mean, GLP1s have been around in the weight loss aspect for a little while now, but I still feel like there's a really big stigma around them and people who judge um people that use it and say that you know it's a cheat or whatever they may say. Yeah. Um, you know, what would you say to people who are kind of on the fence about that journey?

Time, Support, And What Works

SPEAKER_01

Well, I'm about to pull in some nursing school information. So this recent um Semester that I just did, we learned about different like diseases, and we also learned about like hyper and hypo hypothyroidism. And what people don't seem to understand, which is mainly, I feel like a lot of it is the people that are actively in the gym, are super fit, like have fast metabolisms, like they don't struggle with what some people do struggle with. For people with different conditions and like a slow metabolism or hypothyroidism, like different things like that, it is a lot harder for them to lose weight naturally. You don't think that we're in the gym? You don't think that we've tried gym memberships? One, we already feel uncomfortable going in there because like we're sweating, we don't know if we're using the machines right, like we feel like we're already being judged, and then we're eating salads every day or not eating at all, still not losing weight. We're trying keto, doing different diets, it's still not working. I don't think that there's anything wrong with there being a different way for us to lose weight. And if it's helping, it's helping. It's not affecting anybody else. Anybody that has anything to say about it. If you have a fit body and you're saying something about it, you're not understanding where we're coming from. But also, there are, on the other hand, there are people that went from being a bigger person to being small just by going to the gym. Good on you. Good on you, not everybody can do it though. Not it's hard. And I'm sorry, but there are some people that are working two to three jobs, have kids, have husbands, they have to have food on the counter, have to do all this. They either don't have the support that they need or they don't have the time to just go to the gym and do all these things. It's not an excuse, it's just it's life. Like life gets busy, and if there's an easier way for somebody to do it, that's nobody else's business. No reason for anybody to judge. It doesn't affect you. Let it happen.

SPEAKER_00

I'm with you, girl.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, okay. Everybody talks about obesity in the United States. We're trying to fix that. Slowly but surely.

SPEAKER_00

I mean, that's what I always say. There's I always feel like there's medications for so many other things.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Why is having a medication for this so bad all of a sudden?

SPEAKER_01

People take steroids. I'm not judging. People get fillers, do it. I love my fillers. Let me lose weight. How I want to lose it. It doesn't hurt you. Me doing a shot, it's just gonna make me a little nauseous sometimes. But it's not gonna hurt you. Just don't get too close. I won't throw up on you. It'll be fine.

SPEAKER_00

So, speaking of new year, new you, I want to know what are some of your goals for this new year? What's Maddie want to do in 2026?

Goals For 2026 And Self-Care Reset

SPEAKER_01

Going based on weight loss, I do my goal is to lose, I would say maybe 30 more pounds, which I think I can do. I have a whole little thing scheduled out. Um, I graduate nursing school this year. I'd be a nurse. Um and I think I want to stay within couture. I think I want to move up in couture like I did the first time. Um I just want a healthier year. I need, I feel like I lost a lot of care for myself, especially when I left Couture, because I feel like being surrounded in the people at Couture, you kind of have no choice but to take care of yourself. Like everybody's doing skincare, you're gonna do your skincare, you're gonna make sure that you're maintenance. Leaving and going to a different job where you're just tired and then going to school and being exhausted. Like, I'm like, oh, I can go to sleep without doing my skincare routine. I can wake up and not do it. I gotta be somewhere early. Like, I have clinicals at six in the morning, like, I'm not gonna do my skincare, like different things like that. You kind of start taking care of yourself less. So I kind of want to get back into like my hair care, skincare, like overall, like health care. Um, and just focus on like bringing in the new year good. Like, I just want to start off my year and end the year like strong. I'm 27 now. I'm trying to live my best life this year. I'm trying to do all the things.

SPEAKER_00

When are you graduate? When are you supposed to graduate? August. Nice.

SPEAKER_01

I know. I'm so excited. That's awesome. I'm ready. Proud of you. Thank you.

unknown

Thanks.

SPEAKER_00

Nice. All right. 2026 is gonna be a good year. It is, it's gonna be good. You're back at Couture. I'm back at Couture. I can get you on some new skincare. I'm ready. Listen, we're gonna do a I'm gonna get you on some skincare. We're gonna you're gonna do a review. Give us your full your full breakdown of your.

SPEAKER_01

Say let's keep an eye out.

SPEAKER_00

Keep an eye out. Maddie's gonna be bringing you all the new skincare. Her review. 10 out of 10.

SPEAKER_01

Yep. I don't even know what it is yet, but 10 out of 10. Results will show.

SPEAKER_00

Alright, so some fun rapid fire.

SPEAKER_01

Let's do it.

SPEAKER_00

What's your favorite guilty pleasure snack?

SPEAKER_01

Ho ho ho. Hmm. I am a gummy fiend. Any gummy candy, I will tear it up. All of it. Everything.

SPEAKER_00

If you could teleport anywhere right now, where would you be going?

SPEAKER_01

On a beach where it's hot and with a drink in my hand.

SPEAKER_00

What's a movie you can quote start to finish?

SPEAKER_01

Beauty and the Beast all day. Or a walk to remember. Those two movies forever. No. That's those are my two top favorite movies forever and always.

SPEAKER_00

I love a walk to remember.

SPEAKER_01

I need my musical and then my serious sad girl movie.

SPEAKER_00

I had like Shane West pictures on my binders almost called.

SPEAKER_01

I love that landed.

SPEAKER_00

Alright, now I gotta go watch that movie.

SPEAKER_01

Mandy Moore the Queen, too.

SPEAKER_00

Last thing you googled.

SPEAKER_01

Hmm. Can I pull it up?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Last thing I Googled. I don't know if I want to embarrass myself like this right now. Um, it was. Let let me see. Probably something so stupid. Like, I'm I'm pretty sure I always think that I have like some type of health condition now that I'm in school. I'm like, what does this headache mean? Um sorry, I was trying to find it. It was I'm sorry. Google. What's the last thing I would read? Oh, it was um metaglasses. I'm getting my boyfriend for Christmas.

SPEAKER_00

Are those the ones that you can like?

SPEAKER_01

The camera ones. Yeah, yes, they're so cool. They're like you can literally record things, you can ask it questions, and no, like you can see your text messages in the screen. I just watched a whole video about this, it was insane. You can see your text messages, but from the outside, nobody can see what you're seeing. So I'm like, that's kind of creepy. If you think about it, metaglasses are a little creepy, but they're so cool. And he's been really wanting he's into like weird gadgets and stuff, so I'm like, yeah, metaglasses for sure.

SPEAKER_00

This will air after Christmas, probably.

SPEAKER_01

So uh no spoilers for sure. He's gonna love them.

SPEAKER_00

Three things that are always in your bag.

SPEAKER_01

Hmm. Um I always have sunscreen in my bag now. Thank you, Lindsay. That's that's all on you. Um a lip gloss or like a chapstick and hand sanitizer.

SPEAKER_00

Current binge watch show.

SPEAKER_01

I'm trying to get into stranger things. Everybody's talking about the new season, and it's the final season, and I'm like, I'm more of a reader, so I don't watch TV, so I'm like so behind.

SPEAKER_00

Alright, so what are you reading right now?

SPEAKER_01

Girl, I read everything. I'm like opening, I'm right now I'm reading four different books at the same time. Like if I get bored with one of them, I'm like, let me switch and then I'll go back. But I'm a romance novel girly. Okay. Every romance book I've read it, I'm sure, or close to it. Nice.

SPEAKER_00

If you had to live on one food forever, what would it be?

SPEAKER_01

Chicken parmesan.

SPEAKER_00

No hesitation.

SPEAKER_01

Down. That's my meal.

SPEAKER_00

All I get.

SPEAKER_01

I love chicken parmesan. What about you?

SPEAKER_00

Oh gosh.

SPEAKER_01

That's hard, isn't it? Not for me.

SPEAKER_00

Um, probably cheeseburgers. I love burgers. I love any. Do you have like a place though?

SPEAKER_01

Is it like a homemade or like a homemade?

SPEAKER_00

I love just a good like burger, cheese, and then like pickles. I don't like, I mean, I'll eat a good, like, fancy burger that has like all different crazy things on it. Like, but I just want like a good like backyard, like a Bubba burger that's frozen.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. I'm a burger cheese pickle ketchup girl.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'll keep it plain and simple.

SPEAKER_00

I love a good classic burger.

SPEAKER_01

That's delicious. Go get one.
