SPEAKER_01Hello. Hi. We are back with the seventh episode of Spice Feed. All right, we got four hot sauces for today. And uh what are we going to start with? So we start with this. That's the uh White House station cherry pepper sauce. That sounds like a lot of fun. It might be the most mildest, so we're just kind of guessing on that one. And this this is something that I bought. It's by the uh Sauce Leopard Sauce Company. And saw it in the store. I love the name. It's called Bird Blood. And this is a cranberry habanero hot sauce. All right. So that's gonna be fun. Yeah. I should have brought in some dead birds and filled them up and then they ate them, right? It's weird marketing, but uh we'll see how it tastes. Third on the list, we got nuke gorillos pickles, hot sauce. Love pickle sauces. Gorillo pickles, baby. Gorillos, huh? How about that? And last but not least, look at this Purple Hippo by Angry Goat Pepper Company. And uh yeah, this is a um prickly pear and scorpion. Uh-oh. Sounds like it's what we call purple nurple. Ouch. Ouch. All right. So uh I guess uh we'll start with number one. Number one, picker up your butts. Let's go. Okay, here you go. We're gonna bust out the evil spoons. Choose your weapon. Yes, this looks like a good one. But I don't know if you could see the skull, but it's a little fun, little fun guy. All right. Those holes in my spoon, mommy. It says shake well, huh? Cherry peppers. You always want to shake well. It's been a while. Oh my. You first. I love cherry pepper, so I'm excited. Oh baby. Spoonful. Alright. Just missed the skull eyes. I'm getting good at it. Cheers. Cheers. Let's see what type of adventure we can do. We'll spill. Oh shit. Wow. Right. That's hotter than I thought it was gonna be. Yeah. We did just have a spoonful, so. Yeah. That's great. Wow. That's fun. Delicious. Yeah, it hits you right away. Um there's not really much on a description on here, but White House Station. I mean, I think they're local to us. Yeah, supposed to just hot cherry peppers, vinegar, onion, sugar, salt, gaelic. Oh no, they're from New Jersey. I'm sorry. Jasmine. That's great. I mean, definitely simple, nothing crazy, but that was uh very likable. Yes, I can put that on. It's one of those things you can kind of throw on anything. Yeah, and I can do like versatile. I feel like I could do shots of this. We just kind of did. Little baby shots. Shot, shot, shot, shot, shot, shot. Right, right. Okay, so um, yeah. All right, let's do the next one. I'll grab the first flying. Oh god. Cranberry habanero from uh the sauce leopard. Make sure you shake the blood. Gotta shake the blood. Like we're doing a ritual right now. You know, and if we kind of thought in advance, we should have got at least like a rubber bird or something. Fucking squeeze the blood out of them. I don't know, I'm fussed. I don't know. All right. To the blood. To the blood of the bird. You'll be sacrificed. Tastes like a body bird. Oh man. That's sweet. Very sweet of front. Yeah, it's bizarro. It's nice. This would be good like on ice cream. Bloody ice cream. Maybe like peeps. I don't know. And you bite the peeps head off. Like trying to think. Trying to think, but nothing happens. Yeah, but um maybe you could put like um like a yeah, definitely is it has that cranberryish color in there too. Yeah, that's good. It's just like bizarro. Yeah, it's a lot, yeah, it's very sweet. Can you throw it on some turkey or something? Some cranberry and turkey. Yeah. Maybe we'll have a Thanksgiving episode. Yeah. Are you gonna be the turkey? Yes. You can baste me, baby. All right. All right, we're getting ahead of ourselves here. I'd like to see the visual for that. Butter me up, butterball. All right. So um, would you like to do the honors for the um I love pickles, so gorillo's pickles are awesome. I mean, nukes, that's crazy. Two great companies as far as I'm concerned. So what would you say? Would you say that before we opened that? Would you say the bird blood was hotter than the cherry peppers? It almost was like slightly hotter. Yeah. I think it had more of a sweetness, which kind of toned down the heat, but like I think the heat was probably a little bit stronger. You can even put like like cra crackers or like that was like cheese and crackers and cranberry. I I um the I think the only other straight-up pickle sauce I have, and there's like chunks of pickle in there, too. That's pretty wild. Yeah, the the one was the epicalypse one. I think we reviewed that, I believe, right? I think so. I don't know. I just know we've had it a bunch, so this is like almost like relish. Yeah, maybe it needs an extra shake, but I'm not sure. Didn't I shake it? It did, but you need ding ding. I think it just it's a thicker sauce. Oh my god. Oh yeah, it's nice. This is great. Looks like definitely looks like a relish. Very nice. Alright. Tastes like pickles. And then the burn takes a second. Yeah, what kind of peppers is in this? Could you see? Might need the magnifying glass 3000. What's it called? Lilo. We did name it. Was it Lilo? Yeah, from Lilo and Stitch. No, from um Futurama. I don't know that I'm terrible at names. I'm not good at all right. Uh jalapenos, jalapeno, cucumber, cucumber, yellow onion, dill, and habanero and gargoyle. That's the habanero at the end. That's great. I'm gonna use this all the time. Oh, that light's better. Okay. I wanna have another uh little taste of this. Oh, he's doubling down. I really like this. Double dare you. What was that name of that guy who hosts the double dare? Oh, I forget his name. Markers. Oh, yeah, like a big chunk of pickle. We'll have to have Mark Summers pop on the screen. Double dare. Oh baby. Hmm. Awesome. It's totally like a relish. Yeah, it's bizarre. Well, but it's definitely going on a burger. Definitely going on my face. Is that a is that a booger on your face or is that nukes? Gorillo. Dill pickle hot sauce. Yeah, it doesn't actually this one doesn't actually have a name. It just says nukes dill pickle hot sauce. Hey, you know what? It doesn't need a name. It's so good. It's got more of a burn at the end than we thought. You know, I thought it was gonna be a lot more mild because it's yeah. I think it's not like earth shattering, but it's got a good end. Yeah, if you had it on a burger, I bet you'd just keep keep getting, yeah. It's gonna be beautiful. Oh no. What is our final encounter? Yeah, it's the um purple nurple. Yep, the purple hippo. Pear and scorpion. So this one is probably gonna be, let me guess, fruity up front. Stinging on the back. Yeah. Like a damn scorpion. Angry goat. They're they're uh angry scorpions. Yeah, every angry goat sauce I've had so far. And I have a couple more. It's a burner. Definitely been big burners. Like they're messing with you. And I I gotta say, like I think I might have said this another episode. Out of every hot sauce company that we visited at festivals and stuff. They definitely have gotta have like you know, 50 on display. I've never seen so many like sometimes, you know, vendors will have, you know, handful of other things and whatnot, but these guys loaded with, and they all have this really cool artwork, too. I love it. Anyway, funny names. Yeah, and wicked funny names. And they're angry. They're gonna make my mouth angry any second now. All right. The purple hippo. Yep. All pear in the beginning. Um pear, then scare. Yeah. There it goes. Oh my god. Oh yeah. Just got a purple nurple in the fucking mouth. That is great. Wow. Oh Pete Pablo loves Pete Pablano loves the heat. Yeah. My face just warmed up. I'm breathing fire. Like a fucking dragon right now. Yeah, there you go. Angry goat. Never never leave never leaves you hanging. That always tricks you because that tastes good. And then it's like Yeah, the pears were just it was like all pear on the front. You know, it's like it's like a pear party. It's preparing you to die. Yeah, preparing to get death by scorpion. Oh, scorpion from Mortal Kombat comes out and just fucking gets you. Oh yeah. What is the um I don't know fatality? Yeah. Oh my god. Awesome. So what do you think? What do you um I'm looking at the time? Yeah. It's uh magnifying glass. I think I do. Well, I think it's time to try this with some wings. I think I just spit up. SPEAKER_01Super chill. Yep. Good versatile. That was fun. I can eat this all day. All right. Nice crispy wings though. I may have cooked them for too long. Now we're doing the bloody birds on a bloody bird. It looks like it's been in a bloody bird. It's officially a bloody bird. This might be a little weird on a wing, right? Probably not a preference, but I kind of like it. Yeah, I'm always hostile. If you don't need them straight up, are you a little? A little more cranberry uh cranberry as twins. My friends call me muck. Mukbang. Alright, we're looking we're flying through this, huh? We're on speed today. Alright, what's the this is the uh nuke? Nuke. Nuoks and grillo are hanging out together. I love I love that they're using grillos. Grillos are so cool. Pickles on a freaking chicken wing. I'm gonna add more of that. That's a weird mix, too. I didn't even I don't think we planned this out very well. Oh my god, dude. What is what's up with you, butterfangers? Apparently, when I go like this, everything falls. You should get that looked at. Yeah. Gravity or something like that. That's good. I don't I mean, no knock on the sauce, I usually um I don't know if pickle sauce is good on a chicken wing. I still like it. Yeah. I don't apparently there's nothing I don't like on chicken wings. Yeah, never. Or wings like pickles or wings, but put the pickles on it. Extra pickles. Make sure you put them on the wing. None of that on the side shit. I'm gonna try to have that at a restaurant soon just to see what they say. Well, I do. Can you put them on the chicken wings? Oh god. Is it the goat now? Angry, angry goat. Extra angry. Oh god. I don't think this is gonna hide the flavor. No. This is gonna be all wait, it's gonna be really nice to you in the beginning. Lots of hairs. It's gonna be like, oh, it's not too bad. Oh, oh. Oh, like I'm eating the bone. Oh, I'll go on, cool. Oh, no bone. Um yeah, it's hot. I'm not like the scorpion isn't like coming to get me with my face. Yeah, is that oh no, here it is. Definitely not. Yeah, I'll tell you. It's more manageable though, you know. Yeah. This was great. Well, there you go. I mean, that's uh I think we have the this is the is this the record for fast this episode. Yeah. I don't know. We'd have we'd have to look at the um the time code after to see where what what's going on, but um sorry for the folks who wanted to listen to us talk for an extra three hours, but we have completed this episode way faster than we thought.
