So wow. And basically, Pepper. High River is a great company. We love them. We do not have tacos, but we have to celebrate St. Patrick's Day is Guinness chips. Crinkle cut Irish potato chips. Covered in Guinness. Flavor. And I also have a surprise, which we'll bring in after, is this is something we got at the New York Hot Sauce Fest two years ago. I hope it's still good. And uh our buddy Ron from um Hell's Kitchen Hot Sauce. This is his winning sauce from the hot sauce havoc show. And it's a bottle signed by Ron himself, which you know we haven't tried yet, so I'm very excited. And uh I don't think this is actually available, but it's called um X marks the spot, Carolina Gold Ranch. And uh that's what I was told. I don't know if it's still a thing, I don't know if it's happening. I can only get it from Ron. Yeah, but Ron, I got this from Ron, and I've been dying to try it. So let's uh fire up the spoons and see what we got. Yeah, you've been you guys have been talking about that sauce. I'm very excited to try it. Very excited. Very excited. My spoon's my spoon need to have to use it. I don't want to lick it. This is this is aged to perfection. Aged pepper X. I remember when he gave it to us. I like a clean slate. Oh they're color. Oh no, no, it's a little darker. I ain't doing that much, bro. I know you're crazy, but you got like a full stone full. I can't do that today. I can do that, but I'm just not buying it today. Yeah, I'm pretty good with where I'm at. This is gonna be just because pepper axe, I'm gonna have a little bit. Oh very dude. Oh yeah, you get that sweet right away. Right in right in there with the heat. Oh yeah. Wow. It's sweeter than I remember. Oh my god. Wow. There's no uh no notes. Um can't figure out what that is. It was two years ago, so I don't remember, but it's not called psalmic, is it? Falls. Oh no, that's probably delicious. Wow. That has a s an introduction sweetness that's freaking tasty. Brushing that onto meat right at the end. Oh yeah. That's a rip, that's a ribby right there. Yep. Spicy, yeah. That's my god, yeah. Wow, it's got the sweet, which I don't know. I don't know. Sweet, but then that's that's good sweets. These are like two completely different sauces for me. All right. Pleasant soil companies. Let's describe some chippies, huh? Yep. Now it's hard to gauge which one's hotter because we're already burning from the other. Yeah. I would say, not that it's hard, it is hard to gauge, but the initial ramp up from the high river, I think that's it's a little bit more. Yeah, I'm gonna jump backwards. The first time we did, but it was like But that heat was instant. It's hard to tell when you're heavy ballot all fucked up. Guinness chips. This is a great idea. Guinness chips. I hope we were gonna unless we already didn't have to. I think it's raspberry. I think it's raspberry. There's definitely heat on that chart. You get you get that you get that sweet. And it's like, oh, the sweets dancing, the sweets dancing. And then the heat jumps on. That's good. That's real freaking good. Went from uh potato famine to put a guinness flavor on chip. The world is wanna send down the pepper X? Yes. Cacle X. Right, I'll do all tackle. Well, I'm probably tackle. This one I'm gonna be a little less bold with. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. That's all I want for pepper X. Yeah, I should. Great exception. Steve. Steve's great too. All sauces rule off. Dude. And I'll say it again. The heat is boom. But the flavor on that, boom. It's got great flavor and great heat, so that's why I'll I'll mess with the I'll mess with a hot sauce that's super hot, as long as it has good flavor. Yep. It's fun. It's not saying maybe one day we'll have a taco night and we'll bring this back out. Uh dude, I do taco night every week. Okay. Oh, right. Wow. Not shootout but like a taco parts. Taco standoff. Like the sauce after. Well, that was fantastic. Damn. I'd say for a heat level, you got I I generally do a one through ten. Pepper X, uh high river, that was a ten. And I'd say Hell Kitchen is probably a nine. I'm there with you. That's that's as easy as you can get. Bring on the phone. Yeah. Yeah. Steve Steve doesn't park around behind rhythm, isn't it? Damn. Um and uh yeah, I think I've not you guys down to do like a watch through and even I haven't seen it in prior since it's come on. I also have not seen it since it was released. Super smooth. Not as spicy as I thought it was good. Little it sits in the back. Yeah, that's still fiery, so it was like, oh yeah, I'm in a whole no. More sweeter than I thought it would be. Yeah, I I kind of I got this on for my birthday. Well, November. That would taste very good in the spicy Rita. Saying I just know I'm smelling it. It's so overwhelmed. Like I usually these the spicy tequilas, like I can't really drink them. Yeah, like super heartburn and stuff from them, but like this is doable. So I've been avoiding this because I I don't know. Like I wanted to save it for a special occasion, like St. Patrick's today. You want to do another shower? Just a little baby. It's like little samples. Don't do all to this stuff. That's the special uh St. Patrick's Day of Lucky Charms. Nom nom nom nom nom. There you go. Alright, Lucky Charms, the Chiba Gold. We debunked it. It's uh this was our second time doing it. It is science. I would say that's all three of us. Get the box, get the sauce, hammer them together, fire them back. You won't be disappointed. It's like the new peanut butter and jelly. Huh? It's just like it's not actually that those would actually be good in a peanut butter and fluff. Lucky charms, peanut butter and fluff. Oh, yeah. I should do that in an episode of Barry Bites, and then pour this shit. I you know what? I would put that right on there with it. I'll put that shit on there everything.
