The Scenario is NOT the Situation
We are back. We are so back, with another episode of A Brand New Take! This week we talk about the work being put in to not cast a new scenario as an old situation. Situations may arise and we get called back to old moments, feelings, triggers, that these new moments may not be deserving of. Taking on this new tour, I find myself in this boat often recently. Here's some things that I've put into play, and perhaps could work for you too. OR, maybe these ideas unlock new and more applicable strategies for you!
