So excited to be back and wrap up the year with you all! Another and final episode for the year, of A Brand New Take! This week, we simply look at one exercise to look back at your year and see what has taken place, who we have become, and how we want to keep moving forward! Of course there's THOUSANDS of ways to reflect, so this is simply one version. Maybe it works for you, maybe it doesn't, either way... you're that much closer to figuring out what DOES work for you!
