My experience has been that one thing is for sure - it takes courage and perseverance. I think this is something you have to chase in the best of ways! I’ve tried everything from doing the exercises, strengths analysis, personality tests to looking for answers through energy work and spirituality.

I let go of the need to feel a specific emotion or in a certain way that's different form how i feel right now
I'm ok to feel whatever is coming up for me right now
