Lauren left her senior role in financial services in herearly 40s, fearing she had early-onset dementia, only to discover she wasexperiencing menopause. Since then, she has dedicated herself to raisingawareness and supporting individuals and organisations in creatingmenopause-inclusive workplaces. She has educated hundreds of FTSE and Fortune500 companies and has influenced government policy in the UK and the US.

 

Her mission is bold—to train 20,000 menopause coaches in thenext 10 years. In our conversation, she shares practical steps fororganisations to integrate menopause awareness into workplace policies, supportemployees effectively, and reduce the economic and human cost of inadequatesupport.
