There's nothing you need to look for or create. Just an invitation to notice what's already here. When you're ready, begin walking at a comfortable, easy pace. As you begin walking, just bring your awareness to your breath. If your mind wanders during the meditation, that's completely natural. Just gently guide your attention back whenever you notice. Take a deep inhale and let it go. Not yet, but in just a moment, you'll start seeing the world through gratitude. Feel your feet touching the ground beneath you. With each step, begin to notice something to be grateful for. The air filling your lungs. The way your body moves, the light around you, the sounds, the space, the moment you're in. There's no need to search. Just gently notice. Like gathering tiny golden pebbles. Each one adding to a growing sense of warmth. With every step that feeling builds. Steady, quiet, present. Allow your walking to return to its natural rhythm. Take a gentle breath in, locking in this feeling of appreciation. And breathe out. Notice the sense of appreciation that you've created. Simple, steady, and always available to you. You can return to this practice anytime you need to reconnect with the present moment. Thank you for taking this time for yourself.
