If you're able to begin walking a comfortable steady and as you walk, gently bring your awareness to your breath. If your mind wanders during the meditation, that's completely natural. Just gently guide your attention back whenever you notice. And remember, there's no pressure to walk quickly or push yourself. This is simply about breathing, moving, and allowing your body to feel more awake and alive with each step. Take a big breath in and gently sigh it out. Not yet, but in just a moment, you'll awaken fresh energy with each step. Notice how your arms, legs, and breath are all working together. Allow yourself to walk a little taller. Lengthen your spine, open your chest, let your body move freely and naturally with each step, silently repeat. I am energized, I am awake, I am alive, I am energized, I am awake, I am alive, I am energized, I am awake, I am alive. This light slowly rises through your body, up through your legs, through your torso, into your arms, and up into your head. Feel this light filling you with fresh energy and vitality, steady, calm, alive. Notice the rhythm of your walking, the movement of your breath, the feeling of your body carrying you forward. Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly. Feel strong, refreshed, awake. As this meditation comes to a close, allow your walking to return to its natural rhythm. Carry this sense of energy and clarity with you into the rest of your day. And remember, you can return to this practice any time you need to gently lift your mood, wake up your body, or reconnect with yourself. Thank you for taking this time for yourself. I'll see you next week.
