With a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, my research has centered on Virtuous Leadership, a model that draws on the best of philosophy, theology, and psychology. My work identifies 19 core virtues that empower leaders to grow in character, cultivate stronger families, and guide thriving organizations.
