07. How to Build Offers That Flow, Sell, and Scale With You
Sick of creating amazing offers that lead... nowhere?
In this episode, I’m breaking down how to stack your services into a strategic, profitable funnel that makes people say “hell yes” at every level—from your freebie to your highest-ticket offer. If your suite is scattered, if you’re constantly reinventing what to sell, or if your clients ghost after one offer, this is your wake-up call.
I’ll walk you through my exact offer stack (Clarity Map → Overflow Vault → Strategy Session → DFY or Coaching), and show you how to build a client journey that actually makes sense—and sells itself.
✨ Let’s talk retention, momentum, and turning one-time buyers into long-term clients who stick around and scale with you.
🧃 This is the episode that turns your offer chaos into a funnel that flows.

Hi. Welcome back to Overflow Funnels, the podcast for creatives who want marketing that works even when they don't feel like showing up marketing that's designed for sustainability and not burn out. So in today's episode, it's all about offer stacking, not having multiple offers, not throwing together a $27 thing and hoping it leads to your. 2K service. We're talking about building an intentional, intelligent offer ecosystem where every offer flows into the next one, and each steps makes your client more likely to stay, to succeed, and to scale with you. Because here's the truth, you can create amazing results. For your clients, serve with the heart and be the best at what you do and still lose clients if your offers don't give them a reason to stick around. And we're not gonna be doing that anymore. So if your offer sweet feels like a pile of good ideas with no direction I've been there, or if you're starting from scratch. Every time you wanna make a sale, this episode is gonna be your new blueprint. So we're gonna start with the basics. Offer. Stacking means structuring your offers in a way that builds trust, transformation, and retention. And you're gonna layer it. So it's not just about the price point of the offer, it's about the path. So each offer should set your client up for the next step, and each offer should solve something and reveal something new they now want help with. You can think of it like a staircase where you have one step that leads naturally to the next one. There's no skipping or leaping or confusion 'cause you can't just like do five steps and get to the top. You have to take all of them. And in my business, the staircase looks something like this. So I got my Clarity map, which is a free funnel audit workbook that helps creatives figure out where things are leaking in their marketing. And that's my entry point offer. And then they move into the overflow strategy vault, uh, which is like a super practical upsell that gives them all the tools, plug and play frameworks to fix some of those leaks that they find in the Clarity map. And then, and then some, there's a lot of resources in the vault. From there, most people realized. They want my eyes on their funnels and in their business. So they book the overflow strategy session, which is 90 Minutes with me. They get a personalized notion, dashboard, seven days of Voxer or Telegram support to map the funnel out, you know, to do all of the things that they're, that they figured out so far in my offers and I'm there to do it with them. And after that. It is a natural transit transition into either my dumb for you funnel service or my coaching retainer, depending on whether, they want it built for them or want accountability while they build it out themself. So it's not just a sales funnel that's a stacked offer suite. 'cause the goal isn't to trap people. In my world, it's to guide them and make them staying in my world the obvious next step. Okay, so let's flip it. What happens when your offers aren't stacked? And you've probably seen it or done it yourself, and I've been there too, so there's no shade here. So you got a Pinterest offer, a $47 Canva template pack, a random visibility workshop, and a private mentorship offer that isn't tied to any of the above. They're all good individually, but together they just don't make sense. So your client buys something small and then what? Do they know what to do next? Do they know where to go? Probably not I, because if your funnel ends at the freebie or the first offer is not a funnel, honestly, it's a wall. It's a dead end. And this happened to me early on as well. I had people buying my Pinterest services or book, like a one-off package, and they'd leave. Even though they were thrilled with the work, I didn't have a clear next step and they drifted. Not because I wasn't great, because I wasn't leading them. Most client, they won't ask, Hey, what's next? They'll just move on. That's the worst part. So if your offer suite doesn't show them what's next, they won't guess. They'll go somewhere else. But once I started stacking intentionally, everything shifted. People downloaded the clarity map. Realized how much wasn't working for them. They grabbed the overflow vault because they wanted a low risk way to start fixing things. And from there, the strategy session became a no brainer. It is a no brainer. So I wasn't selling harder, I was selling smarter because each offer was naturally leading to the next one. And that is the power of stacking your offer. It does three things. It increases, retention. People are staying because they're invested in the journey. It increases your income because you're not constantly searching for new clients, and it increases client success. They're actually getting the full picture, the full experience of working with you. Stacking isn't about adding more, it's about doing less with more clarity and the real kicker, stacking your offer doesn't just create a better experience for a client. It creates so much more ease in your business 'cause your content is gonna have direction, your launches are gonna have flow and your funnel actually functions like a funnel. You are not flinging things out to see what sticks you're leading with purpose. So let's pause and self-audit for a second. Ask yourself, do people buy from you once and then disappear even when they love the experience? Be honest. Do you feel like you're starting from scratch every month? Are you off for solving different problem problems instead of building to towards one transformation? Are you overdelivering in single offers? Because there's no natural place for the client to go next. If you said yes, any of those, your offer suite isn't stacked, it's scattered. That doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. It just means your brilliance. Your work isn't being fully maximized because people want more from you. But you have to give them that path. And stacking your offers is how you build overflow, not just once, but over and over and over again. So let's break it down how you can start stacking your offers today. So number one, you gotta anchor your sweet. Offers we to one transformation. For me, it's helping creatives build a funnel that drives on discovery, builds trust, and generates consistent automated sales. So not do Pinterest, not write a blog, not build a list. It's the whole ecosystem. What's your transformation? Write it down and then. Number two, identify what someone needs before and after your main offer. So your signature offer. Your core offer. So what beliefs, skills, or clarity do they need to be ready for your signature service? That's your entry point offer. What kind of ongoing support or. Deepening transformation do they need once they finish, that's your high ticket extension. And then when you have that, you're gonna create three levels of support. So you're gonna have your low ticket to build trust and momentum. You're gonna have your mid ticket to deliver transformation with your strategy, and you're gonna have your high ticket to go all in or stay long term. So for me, for example, that's my vault, my strategy session, and my dumb for you or coaching flow. And after you've like set all of those three up, you're gonna make every offer a setup for the next. That means you need to design your offers to reveal the next problem they'll want to solve. So a template create clarity. But not custom strategy. A strategy creates clarity, but now they need it built. Adam, for you, build, creates results, but now they want more maintenance or mentorship. That's what makes it stack. So you're not creating dependency, you're creating momentum. And momentum. turns one sale into many. Okay, question. Are your offers designed to flow or are you still hoping people ask you what's next? Because when your offer suite is stacked, you serve better, you sell easier, you scale faster, and your dream clients, they don't have to think twice. She's gonna see the next step. She's gonna take the next step, and she sticks around because she's not confused. She converts. And that's creating overflow in your business. So if you're ready to stack your own brilliance and build a suite that sells on autopilot, book a call. Book your strategy session with me, or grab the clarity map and we'll map up your funnel, your path, and design a customer journey that doesn't stop after the first sale. Links are in the show note. You don't need more offers, you need more alignment. Let's stack your shit and make it scale. Okay? Talk soon.
