What does a home builder actually do?
In the final episode of Season 2 of Work in Process, Daniel Glauser, Tim Hill, and Laura Sockrider explore the many different “hats” a home builder wears every day—from project manager and financial steward to client advisor, engineer, educator, weatherman, firefighter, and even ship’s captain.
Building a custom home is about far more than managing construction.
