Host 1: It’s Wednesday! But it’s not a typical Wednesday. We don't have a guest episode today, but we do have some big announcements. We hope everyone's having a wonderful week, and we’re here to share that we’re changing up our schedule for Snitchin moving forward.

Host 2: It’s kind of crazy—we’re coming up on one year of the pod! We’ve been very consistent at three days a week—Monday, Wednesday, Friday—but we’re shifting to two episodes a week moving forward.

Host 1: We’re going to see how it goes as we go, but headline news: we’ll be at two days a week for now. And if you’re looking to be a guest, we still want to do guest episodes every week! Please reach out—our email is snitchinpod@gmail.com, or hit us up on Instagram. We’d love to have you.

Host 2: Yeah, totally. Bear with us—we love doing this, but scheduling is just getting tough. Maybe in the fall we’ll go back to three, but for now, it’s "summer hours."

Host 1: Speaking of busy, how’s your week been, Host 2?

Host 2: Good! A lot of moving stuff. My house is actually going on the market this weekend, which is exciting but stressful. It’s my first time selling, and I feel this pressure to patch up every little hole and make it perfect.

Host 1: [Laughs] Is it different from buying?

Host 2: Definitely. Chris—who’s an accountant and very detail-oriented—has been spending so much time making sure everything is flawless. He was asking why I only took half the weights from our weight set, and I was like, "Chris, no one is not buying the house because we’re missing a few dumbbells."

Host 1: That’s hilarious. I think I’d be like Chris, honestly. I’d get neurotic.

Host 2: In this market, I think your big-picture approach is better. No one is looking at the baseboards in the second bedroom! It’s a seller’s market.

Host 1: Honestly, that’s a model for life: no one is paying as much attention to you as you are to yourself. Anyway, my week has been good—my tennis league starts tonight! And I went with my sister to see The Devil Wears Prada 2 this weekend. It definitely lived up to the hype.

Host 2: Did it? I loved the first one.

Host 1: It was a great combo of the old themes and glamorous new fashion moments. They even used a lot of the same background music, which put me right back in that mindset. Anne Hathaway is really having a moment—though she gets a lot of hate for being "corny," her resume is just banger after banger. From Princess Diaries to The Dark Knight...

Host 2: Oh, Princess Diaries raised us! Mia Thermopolis of Genovia.

Host 1: Exactly! And if anyone needs a rom-com, go watch The Idea of You on Amazon Prime. Anne Hathaway falls in love with a 24-year-old musician... it is so good.

Host 2: I’m adding that to my list. I need something light after all this packing!

The Met Gala: Costume Art

Host 1: But the real news today is the Met Gala. The theme was Costume Art, and I loved it. Probably one of my favorites in recent years. Who were your best dressed?

Host 2: I loved Hailey Bieber. She looked stunning. The colors—that specific bright blue—and the statuesque gold top. She looked like a sculpture.

Host 1: I agree. And Kendall Jenner! At first glance, I thought her white dress was just "pretty," but once I saw the side-by-side with the actual work of art it was modeled after, I loved it. You get more credit when it’s truly based on the theme.

Host 2: I didn't love the "nipple" thing, though. Her sister Kylie had it, too. And Chase Infiniti! I know it’s based on Greek sculpture, like the Venus de Milo, but I couldn't stop staring at it! It's such a specific look.

Host 1: That's fair! It’s literal art. You know who took it too far? Heidi Klum. She made it a costume, not fashion. It felt like her Halloween party. And Bad Bunny... he kind of dressed up like an old man? It was weird.

Host 2: I usually scroll past the guys, but did you see Connor Storrie? He wore a men’s halter top! At first I wasn't sure, but then he ripped his jacket off and showed off those massive biceps... and I was like, "Okay, more men should wear halters."

Host 1: [Laughs] Obsessed. I also thought Emma Chamberlain did a great job on the theme, even if she looked a little "corpse-esque." It was very artistic.

Host 2: What about Kim K?

Host 1: Same old, same old. Tight corset, very her, but didn't make me stop and say "wow." I did love Sabrina Carpenter, though. She performed Espresso at an after-party!

The Kentucky Derby & Emma’s Footprints Wrap-Up

Host 1: We also have to mention the Kentucky Derby. One of the most exciting ones in years! The winner, Golden Tempo, came from last place to first.

Host 2: And it was the first female trainer to ever win—Cherie DeVaux! I loved that. She looked like she hated the cameras, which I get, but what a way to break barriers. She just wanted to do her job and train her horse.

Host 1: Totally. No one had a better week than her. And finally, we have to talk about the Emma’s Footprints walk on Saturday in Erie. It was such a success!

Host 2: It really was. The weather was hit-or-miss in the morning, but the skies turned blue just for the walk. They raised almost $45,000! It was the best walk I've been to—they even shortened it for the kids and had a DJ and face painting.

Host 1: Huge shoutout to Heather and the whole team. It was a wonderful day for a great cause.

Host 2: Well, that’s all the time we have! Make sure to follow us on TikTok and Instagram @SnitchinPod and tell everyone you know about us.

Host 1: Happy Wednesday, guys! Bye!
