The F-It Podcast
A podcast where three lifelong friends from the Midwest talk about all their favorite F words like film, fitness, food, and so forth. Some things we discuss we will have a lot of knowledge about and others we will be talking out our butts about, either way it'll be a fun conversation.

This week, the guys are talking about some of the best fight sequences in movie history, as well as some of the absolute worst. They break down what makes a movie fight great, what makes one painfully bad, and why sometimes the difference between an awesome fight and a laughable one comes down to choreography, realism, and whether the actors actually look like they know how to throw a punch.
They also dive into one of the greatest action-movie tropes of all time: The Heavy—that intimidating, seemingly unstoppable bad guy whose entire job is to make the hero’s life miserable.
And because talking about movie fights wasn't enough, Jimmy created a movie villain gauntlet, ranking bad guys from the ones an average guy might have a chance against all the way up to villains that would require the strongest heroes in the movies to survive. The guys then have to answer the important question:
Could you actually take them in a fight?
Grab your popcorn, pick your opponent, and get ready to find out just how tough you really are.
