What if spiritual awakening is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you were before the world told you who to be?
In Episode 18 of The High Frequency Mind™ Podcast, host Lindsay Goodwin, The Consciousness Medium™, joins Julianne Thon, host of Souls on Tap, for Part 1 of their four-part special series, From Thought to Inner Knowing.
Together, Lindsay and Julianne explore the evolution of the self, the voice of intuition, and the often-disorienting process of releasing the conditioning that has shaped how we think, choose, and see ourselves. They examine what happens when familiar beliefs no longer feel true, why fear can become louder as we move toward authenticity, and how the Observer, the higher self, soul, or higher mind, can guide us back to what we already know within.
This conversation invites you to move beyond overthinking and reconnect with the deeper intelligence beneath the mind. You will hear why awakening is less about arriving at a final destination and more about peeling back inherited layers, remembering your authentic self, and learning to trust the wisdom that has always been present.
In this episode, Lindsay and Julianne discuss:
• Why spiritual awakening can feel like remembering rather than becoming
• How to recognize the voice of your higher self beneath mental noise
• The difference between conditioned thought and authentic inner knowing
• Why old beliefs can stop making sense as consciousness expands
• How fear can reveal where deeper self-trust is being invited
• The role of the Observer in spiritual growth and self-awareness
• How social conditioning can disconnect us from intuition
• Why reconnecting with childlike knowing can restore authenticity
• Practical ways to listen to your body and inner guidance
This is Part 1 of the four-part From Thought to Inner Knowing series, featuring Lindsay Goodwin of High Frequency Mind and Julianne Thon of Souls on Tap. If this episode speaks to something you have been remembering within yourself, share it with someone who is moving through an awakening of their own.
I think it's important to remember that it's not really so much that you're getting to a destination of evolving, it's more that you're remembering. You're remembering who you truly are. And so that absolutely can be very confusing as you are peeling these layers back of remembering who you truly are. What I call the observer, or some might call the soul, or the higher self, higher mind. And so when you really start to become in alignment with that and remembering who you truly are, then so much of what you've learned doesn't make sense anymore. All of the conditioning, all the patterning, society. Welcome to High Frequency Mind. I'm Lindsay Goodwin, the Consciousness Medium. And here we explore consciousness, awareness, neuroscience, intuition, self-mastery, whole body wellness, spirituality, conscious leadership, and the stories of awakening, resilience, and transformation that reveal what can emerge when we refuse to let our circumstances define us. Let's go deeper. Thank you so much, Julianne. It's great to be here, and I'm so excited for our series.
SPEAKER_02I'm so excited. I had a little bit of trouble sleeping last night because I was thinking about all the things we're going to be talking about. And it was, I'm just very, very excited and looking forward to the four-part series. So what let's let's mull over the question. What does it actually mean to evolve your sense of self? How does the self actually go through that evolution?
SPEAKER_01Right. Yeah. So that can be very confusing for people as they are remembering uh the energetic being of who you are.
SPEAKER_02Um I agree, you know, and and I think so many of us have a tendency to be other directed. We look outside of ourselves for cues as to who we should be. And that's that's unfortunate because we're here as individuals, although we're all connected, we're here as individuals to not only explore who we are, but to allow our inner selves to help the collective consciousness. So then the the next question is at what point does logic stop being helpful and start becoming limiting? Because I, being a Scorpio, I can be very logical and I can also be seriously emotional. And so for me, it's finding that balance that's really important. So how do we stop being so, so logical all of the time?
SPEAKER_01Right, absolutely. Well, I think of it like this is it really that we want to throw logic out, or is it that we want to lead with intuition and then really have logic come in after versus that logic is first, and then we might listen to our intuition after that. So it's really learning, you know, intuition really essentially is the observer, the soul or higher mind or higher self. That's really what intuition is. It's that guidance system that's connected to that bigger, uh individuated part of you, which is part, I call it pure awareness, which some people might call God or source, uh, universe, whatever you want to call it. Um, and you're connected to that, and you are that unique piece, and you're really your gift to the creator is to be your uniqueness. So if we really want to, I don't know, I'm not a person of religion, I don't necessarily ever look down on religion, I think whatever works for people, but I just often think about if people, if they are thinking of God as their higher power or whatever they call it, if they are a part of religion, it's often thought about, well, I want to appease to God. I want to do what's what I'm here to do as a human to um you know make God happy, I guess. You know, there's that some of that is a thought process in humans, right? Like we see that.
SPEAKER_02Well, there's a there's a a natural and an automatic, not natural, but there's an automatic division. That the the implication is that God is up there and we're which means there's a separation. But go ahead.
SPEAKER_01Right, right. Absolutely good point. But if that were, even if we were thinking of that, maybe someone that's learning about this and maybe is learning about how to trust more going within versus looking for something outside, like religion, for example, um, that the greatest gift that you could give the creator is to be who you are, to be your uniqueness. Um so not being like everyone else. And before we get on the the recording today, we were talking about social media, and I just feel social media is just high school all over again.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and and all the way back to middle school.
SPEAKER_01Right. That's um, so it's it's just the same thing repackage that's been happening throughout human history. We're here to be who we are, we're here, and you said that too. We're here to be who we truly are, the unique self. And so not getting caught up in trying to be like everyone else. So I feel that's a lot about our series and the conversation that we're having is helping have that empowerment and absolutely aspire to be who they are.
SPEAKER_02So if we are trying to follow our authentic self and nurture our authentic self, I feel like we as human beings need to do some authentic checking in. Asking ourselves, okay, is this really what I what I want to do? Is this really what I want to be? If if my soul and the love that illuminates from that soul is is in its highest good, is this the decision I should be making? Or is this how I should be reacting? But here's the question. When we're doing that check-in, how can we tell if if we're actually living from the conditioning of the outer world and the other versus our true alignment? What what do you say about how we can do those check-ins? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01I think a really good one that's gonna make sense to people, check in with your body. Your body's a tool, it's it's it's a tool from from its communication from the higher self or the observer, the soul. Um, and I just was talking to myself this morning about it because I've had a lot of uh upper body tightness recently and also hip sort of tightness, and I've thought it was my mattress. And then it's really not, it's more of that. Am I in touch with myself? Am I resisting something? Am I resisting listening to some sort of connection? And my body is actually saying, You're not listening, you're going the wrong way. So I'm gonna make you uncomfortable so that you start to pay attention because I know better. I know that the the body is a tool to be able to communicate, and not necessarily that I'm blaming myself and saying that, it's just I know that and that's what I talk about. Um, so I think that's a really valuable tool for us is to tune in and check in with your body. Because if you are having a lot of body tightness, even like low back, for example, that's really to the root chakra. So what's going on with your finances? Are you fearing about finances? Are you fearing about family stuff, maybe old family stuff, ancestral stuff? Um, are you caring around stuff that's not even yours uh from your genetics? Uh, because that's the ancestral trauma that lives in the root chakra. So I'm just giving examples that I think that's the most valuable tool to be able to tell how in alignment you are is how your body is feeling. So if your body feels more loose and in flow, um, then that's probably a good indication that you're more in alignment with your soul self. Um, but not always the case. I know people have stuff too, so I don't want anyone ever to think that's like we're blaming anyone if they do have things, um or belittling um the challenges in their lives.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yes, yeah, yes.
SPEAKER_02So, but you did mention the word fear, and I'm glad that you did that because that brings us right into our next consideration, which is what role does fear actually play in uh keeping us anchored uh in logic? Like this is the logical thing I should be doing versus this is this is the thing I'm feeling like I should be doing. So is is it a good thing to have fear? Is it a bad thing to have fear?
SPEAKER_01Well, I feel that nothing is really good or bad, that everything is just a signal. It's it's a signal to how are we alchemizing things? Can we see it as is fear a motivator? Could fear be a motivator that something is needs to change? Um, could fear also be that maybe you're afraid to go into unknown territory? Um, because the intuition often asks us to not have certainty of something, to take a chance, take a risk. Whereas the ego mind, more of the human self, the human mind is really going to ask us to have that certainty. And really, is it attainable to have certainty? Not really, because we live in a nonlinear world, like a universe, whatever you want to call it. Um, energy is going to be molded and shaped through whatever you're giving meaning to it. So that's really what thoughts are is the moment that you give something meaning, you're attaching your energy to it. So it's not is something really good or bad. Well, it's defining whether you think it's good or bad. So, like fear, I I try to see. I'm not, I mean, I'm human too. I talk about this all the time with people that anyone about the guru, you know, the guru myth. There's no destination here, there's no perfection. There's no like you get here and you're awake and this is the destination. No, that's not how this works. You're constantly evolving and growing. And so that's why I don't like the guru uh word or energy behind that, because we're constantly moving and growing. Um, but I like to see things, I guess to answer your question, more from how can I alchemize this into something that I can use for my evolving, versus, oh my gosh, I have so much fear, the world is ending. And that's your ego. That is not your soul. That is your ego.
SPEAKER_02I have a t-shirt that on the front of the t-shirt, it's a it's a quotation from Dolores Cannon, and it says, Fear is for entertainment purposes only. And you know, sometimes, like you said earlier, never to belittle our challenges in this life, because at the time when we get bad news or we think that the worst has come upon us, it can be really frightening. But the key is to know that A, just because as I we talked about this before the podcast, we are human beings, which means we're gonna have human experiences, which means we're not gonna be infallible to challenges. Yeah. We chose to come here in order to experience those challenges. But do, like you said, do we have to focus so intently on how horrible the situation is and how awful. And as a result of this bad situation, what is this gonna mean for my future? What if, what if, what if, what if? When you start going down that road of fear, it can become extremely disruptive. Disruptive, I'm sorry, just destructive and disruptive. Right, both. But but thinking about it if we could only get to the point where we are embracing that circumstance, if we can get to the point where we can say, you know what, this is this is a difficult challenge. Thank you, Source, thank you, universe, thank you, Julianne, Lindsay, for allowing this to be in my life, because the beauty of it is who I am becoming as a result of this seeming tragedy. Something as awful as we've talked about on other podcasts, my losing my son at nine and a half. Right. I could have easily taken that and just completely shut down because I was feeling like I'll never find happiness again. I could have taken it to a place that was I wouldn't allow my daughter then to go anywhere, do anything, because I was struck with this consistent fear that it might happen to her. I actually watched my ex-husband go through that. He's still kinda there. But I was determined that in my loss, in this loss that I had to experience in losing my son, I was gonna become the human being that he and I together decided I was gonna be in this lifetime. So I guess as human beings we're gonna have fear but embrace it, you know, if there's such a thing. And boy, I'm not saying that that's an easy thing to do either. So you said something earlier about intuition, and you know a lot of us have a tendency when we're talking about logic, right? We have a tendency to brush intuition aside and say, no, that's not right, that's just me. I I I don't think I don't think that I'm using I don't think my intuition is is pertinent now. How can I use my intuition? How do I know if it's even right? What is by intuition? So the question is, is intuition something that we actually develop as human beings, something we're born with, or something that we on a daily basis try to uncover?
SPEAKER_01Right, yeah. I I believe that that it's always been here. It's not something that you that you grow into, it's something that's always there. It's just that the ego gets so loud through conditioning that we don't hear it anymore. And when we're little kids, we hear it. And oftentimes the imaginary friends is the intuition.
SPEAKER_02No, how many parents were scared to death taking their kids to child psychologists because yeah, we had our friends with us that nobody else could see.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh. Right. And so that's that's proof. Um, people will often ask me, as you know, Julian, I do so much with with fertility and pregnancy. Um, not the only thing I do, but definitely I've worked with a lot of people in those times in their lives. Um, and people will often ask me when they're working to achieve pregnancy or when they have little ones. And often, you know, my child is doing this. What does this mean? And my goal really is with helping these parents, there's many, but one is is keep your kids in that place of them trusting their intuition. Um, that let them believe in imaginary friends, let them believe in all of what they're seeing and feeling, and because it's real. If we don't ever lose touch with our intuition, then in our 40s, when we're like taking spiritual classes and reading all these books and meditating, we don't have to try to peel those layers back. And I actually have a client of mine that that's what she's devoting her life to is actually helping kids never lose that. She quit her corporate job and she's devoting her life to that. And it's absolutely beautiful to have watched her blossom in this work. But so it just, I mean, not I don't want to get too much on the kids thing, but it's always been there. It's never not been there. And I think a good way to know what we truly are, if someone's an avid meditator, or if they've done hypnotherapy, like with someone like yourself, Julian, um it's that transcendental moment when you feel like nothing but your everything. Right. That's really what we are.
SPEAKER_02Because that in that everything, we are suddenly connected to everything. We're we lose ourselves in the fact that we think of the metaphor of the drop of water in the ocean. Right, right. You know, um I think to your point, Lindsay, we have a tendency to sometimes brush off the intuition, the childlike intuition. We've the children have. We just say, well, that's okay because they're children and so but it needs to stay there. Eventually you have to grow up. I think that if we kept more of that childlike behavior, I think it would bring us more joy in our life. I think part of that is in recognizing the intuition that we have. Like, and some people have asked me, several people have asked me, well, how do I know that this is my intuition or my guides talking to me? And I feel very strongly that they're one in the same. I do too. Yeah.
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I and and and it's not separate. I think that some of us have a tendency to think, okay, I'm I'm gonna get quiet here, I'm gonna meditate, and I'm gonna ask my guys to give me all of these answers, but it's gotta come from them. Well, that's not that's not how I see it. I see it, you're working together with your guides, your soul is is merging with their souls. Right. And in spirit, we are creating, and therefore I would have to say, I would call it like a piece of clay. You're molding your intuition and allowing it to become something that is already there before you see it. Right. You know, and that and I don't mean to get so esoteric, but that's that's how I see it. And which also brings us to the inner knowing. It's one of the clairs, right? Right. It's that clear cognition, mm-hmm. That's my strongest of all the clairs. And it it's it can be the most difficult to explain because when somebody says to you, well, how Juliana, how did you know that? You can't point them to a a paragraph in a book.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02You you can't say, Oh, well, let me pull my textbook and I'll show you. It is just simply you have to say to the person, it's just something I know to be true. And they look at you like, oh, okay, well, I'm out of here. Who's to who's to say who's to say you know what's true? Well. So I don't know what to tell you other than I know because I just know. Because going back to what we said about being the children, and I have not read the New Testament uh cover to cover because I wasn't didn't live with a Bible family, but as as being raised as a Christian, I know that there were certain sayings that Christ had, and one of them was be ye as the little children. Because their ego wasn't developed yet, and their belief system was I can do anything, I can be anything, and consistently finding the joy in that process. So as far as the inner knowing, what does that feel like in contrast to the overthinking that we have a tendency to do? What are your thoughts?
SPEAKER_01Well, I got a little emotional there when you said that about the child, I can be anything, because that was me as a little kid. And I remember that. I used to feel that I could I tried to create a circus in my backyard. I thought I was going to create a circus in my backyard out of cardboard. That's how my imagination was just like over the top. And the kids were following me around the neighborhood because I knew where I was going. So it just that's how we are. It's how we're born into this world. And it's it's sad. It's really sad that we're conditioned to move away from that. Um, because that's that's at the root who we are. And I know that you for many years were in education and working with kids, and you're very drawn to kids. I am too. And I think it is that childlike energy that we're drawn to of that bringing that here. And maybe we're not necessarily working with kids now, but we're helping people find that. The people that are listening to us find that within themselves. And that's something that I see a lot in the spiritual community now is everything's outside of you. And I'm all about, I just want people to wake up. Like, wake up to your own knowing, wake up to your own masterpiece. This is not outside of you.
SPEAKER_02And what's the difference in inner knowing versus overthinking? And and to your point again, I think that the inner knowing has a tendency to bring about a certain quietness, yeah, a certain peace. Overthinking, for me especially. Loud. It's loud, absolutely. It is chaotic, and it's usually full or peppered with fear. Right. That right there for me is the difference between the inner knowing and the overthinking. The inner knowing is something that you embrace and you allow to fill you when you're meditating or when you're praying, or you're just simply breathing and getting quiet. The overthinking is something that you say that you sort of let come in while you're meditating, but allowing it to dissolve and allowing the inner knowing to exist in its perfective perfection in its perfect form. Right. So and and I think that if more people would get quiet, listen to their breath, they don't have to p spend a million dollars to go to a meditation retreat retreat to do this. We all have the ability to sit and get quiet and ask, ask God, ask the universe, ask source, ask your guides, ask your angels. Help me to recognize my inner knowing and help me to feel more confident about that inner knowing. And the more quiet you get, the more you'll hear and feel who you are in that time. So what why do you think people so many of us distrust their their intuition, even when it's right? Why why do you think we have a tendency to to say, oh no, that can't be?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think so much of it's fear, fear that you'll be made to feel like something's wrong with you, or why would you trust that you're crazy? Um, I think society's done a really good job job through conditioning through many generations. In fact, my grandmother, who was also an intuitive medium but never spoke about it, um, my mom knew about it. My mom's an intuitive medium as well. Um, that my grandmother was actually put in a mental institution when she was 10 years old and then when she was a young woman. And there was nothing wrong with her, just that she, like yourself, was feeling things and didn't understand. And I think that often happens with a lot of people that are very sensitive to energy. Um, whether that be that you're clairvoyant or usually very intuitive people have all of the clairs. One is usually more um uh tapped in than the other ones. Um, but I have all of them. The only one I don't really have is the one that's the taste.
SPEAKER_02Um, I forget what that one's called, but um it's somebody somebody used that um the last podcast. And what did she call it? She said it was very rare. She was a psychic medium, she said it was very rare, but it came up in my reading that she did. She said she could actually taste something. Oh, okay. And it was an odd name, so of course I went in my brain and again.
SPEAKER_01It's one that a lot of people don't, a lot of people that are sensitive to energy don't necessarily have it. I believe we're all sensitive to energy and all psychic to some degree. Um, but some of us, like we were talking about earlier, some of us are born into this world with not as many layers to take off. So I feel that we're it's not that we're better or anyone's more gifted. I don't even like the word gifted. Right. We're all gifted. Um, it's just some of us maybe have a bit more understanding. You had said something uh old soul. Um, but yeah, it just I think it's so much fear. I think people are, including myself, and maybe you resonate with this as well. Um just am I gonna be liked? I think you have to go through that phase when you're really starting to remember um and you get to a place. I feel that you stop asking the world who you are when you don't care anymore. If you're it's important to have external validation, you stop asking outside of yourself who you are, you know who you are. Um, but it can take a while to get there. I know it's taken years for me. I had a near-death experience. Um, I had a criminal stalking situation that really had to go inside. I didn't have anybody. It was I had myself through these about eight years of my life. I didn't have anyone, but relying completely on myself. And I I know that you've had lots of experiences as well.
SPEAKER_02Which you probably you probably designed for it to be that.
SPEAKER_01Oh, absolutely. I was just telling my my boyfriend's daughter this the other day. She was getting down on some stuff, and and I told her, I said, you designed all this. Like, look at it differently. She's only 21. Look at it differently rather than looking at someone's got control outside of you. Like remember that you designed this life for yourself. So take advantage of it.
SPEAKER_02That's right. That's right. You know, another thing about intuition versus what or why we have a tendency to not trust our inner knowing. I I think that a good question to ask oneself is are these thoughts steeped in fear? Or is there I don't even think I want to use the word hope, but is there, instead of fear, is this something that when I breathe, I feel a calmness about? And sometimes that's hard to do because you can just feel you can feel that fear trying to just get in. If you're not gonna open the door, then I'm gonna pound it until it comes down. And it's up to us as to whether or not we choose to let 'em in, let it in or not, you know, because fear, as I said, is so destructive. It doesn't do anything for us except allow us to see that it's there, embrace it and let it go. So using fear as a teacher. You know, we said something earlier about I think I mentioned people looking outside of themselves, right? Being other directed. And especially in the age of social media, we look so much to external validation. How do you think the identity shift takes place when when we are aware or even not necessarily aware that perhaps we are steeped in fear or we're we're we're trying to make a decision based on what we think others will think of us? How does that shift take place to and get you to the point where you no longer need external validation? You're just comfortable in the knowing of who you are. What are your thoughts about that?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, well, I think there's no map. Um I feel that it goes back to what I was saying that we get to a place where we're so comfortable with trusting ourselves and knowing who we are that external validation, it's not noisy to us anymore. It it's it's noisy in a way that it's a different kind of noise. Like you see it as noise that you're not interested in. It's noise that you just don't. It's like going, it's like, it's like, it's like I use a lot of analogies because I'm very visual, I'm very clairvoyant. So I think it's easy for humans are visual creatures. Um, but think of it like you're in a hallway and there's all these different rooms. And there's one room that it's just there's smoke in there, and they're smoking cigars, and they're being loud, and like there's like stuff going on in there that you don't align with. You're like, I'm not going in there. I don't like that. So you just walk past the room, you know. You're like, I I think I'd rather see what's further down the hall. And then you find this other room where people are in there and and they're they're they're I don't want to sound all like peace and hippie, but they're they're they feel good, like they have magnetic energy and the the hippies absolutely had their place, right?
SPEAKER_02Oh, absolutely. Without the hippies, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now.
SPEAKER_01So true, true, absolutely part of the evolution for sure. Right. Um, so I think it just I just noticed with my own remembering, and I'm still always remembering more and more every single day, is that just things don't have an impact on you anymore. Like it used to.
SPEAKER_02Like it used to, right.
SPEAKER_01Right. It just doesn't, it just doesn't resonate. You don't find like you want to even think about it anymore. You might go back and think and be like, remember when I used to think that was important? Now it's like it doesn't, I have no emotion attached to it. I'm just very like neutral. Okay, that happened. Um, but I don't I I don't get involved anymore. I'm not gonna go in that room and hang out because that's not who I am anymore. Um, so I think that's when you really know that you've leveled it up, I call it. And it's not really like I don't mean to say outside of you. I guess ascended. I don't even like any of this talk anymore.
SPEAKER_02I know. Uh you know why? Because you have evolved, you've evolved past the the human language.
SPEAKER_01Right. And it's hard to talk about it because it's very 3D-based. It is, it is, and and even with spirit guides, I've gotten funny about that. Spirit guides and angels that somehow I just think they're different versions of us.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I well, I heard somebody say the other day that even the archangels they don't have names. But that's apparently something that we as human beings in our three-dimensional minds needed. We we felt the need to uh identify them by certain you know the Zin Buddhism I studied a little bit. It was more Nish Nishiran Buddhism, but but I really got into the whole Zen thing and the importance of becoming the observer. And you and I are gonna talk in one of our additional series, uh one of our additional episodes in this series about the observer effect. And it means a couple different things. It means one thing it actually means the same thing, but it means one thing in the context of physics and another thing in the context of the spiritual world. Right. But what we're talking about is being able to feel that situation where you're scared or you have a fear that this is not gonna go well, and what if, what if, what if. Take a deep breath, stop, step back from it and now observe you feeling these feelings. Now start looking at those feelings. Now start looking at why you feel those feelings as an observer, not uh not partaking in the situation at all, absolutely separating yourself from all of those emotional feelings that you have. And and and you for me, it it often ends up with a conversation that sounds a bit like this. Well, if that's not the darn most ridiculous thing I've ever thought. What am I doing that for? That's ridiculous. And and not in a not in a super cr self-critical way, but just a a just a recognition, uh, an acknowledgement of well that's doesn't that beat all? For everything I know, why am I doing that? Why am I thinking that? Why am I acting that? Why am I reacting that way? And so then the next question becomes so perhaps I had a poor reaction or a bad reaction. Why did I have that reaction? And then it's not just about, well, how could I have done that better? It's about how could I have done that differently? Because you have already grown in the sense that you have made that silliness. You have you have evolved or created that silliness in that decision. But now as an observer, you're stepping back and able to see it for what it is. Can you imagine if everybody in our world did that before they acted on their emotions?
SPEAKER_01Be very different, but we for sure and human evolution, I mean what I believe is that we're headed in that direction. Um and it it's important to keep um, I know that that we've talked about this, um, but just I'm gonna say it. Um to to keep yourself focused on the truth versus the noise. There, there's a lot of noise right now of the spiritual community of stuff that's just more regurgitated. Everyone's doing the same thing. Oh, do this 10-step process, this framework. Um, you can manifest if you journal all these affirmations or and spirit guide.
SPEAKER_02If if that's if that's working for you right now, because I have a lot of people that I know my in my spiritual, my spiritual friends and culture right now that are doing that, and that's is awesome because that's where they are at this point in time.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_02But it doesn't work for everybody, right?
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. Um, but I feel that many people, I know that I did it too. This is how I know. Um, and this is so much about what we're talking about is really getting this, getting into this knowing and remembrance, is that eventually you get to a point there's no there's no point like map of when this is gonna happen or everyone is different. But I feel that many people on this earth now that are listening to this podcast, if they're not there yet, if you're not there yet, you'll get to a point where you will figure out that I don't need all that stuff. All I need to do is start trusting myself. And if affirmations, journaling, talking to spirit guides, as if they're outside of you, you know, believing they're sending you 11-11 on the clock, when it's actually you reminding yourself as the observer, hey, look, get back on track, whatever you're thinking about. Let's get you back on track. Um, you'll get to a point when you realize that it's just been you the whole time.
