About Maddie Glassett
Maddie Glassett is a flight instructor with over 800 hours of dual given, an A&P mechanic, and an aerospace engineer. She currently teaches at Capital Flight in Wisconsin, where she also supports maintenance, operations, and sales at their Waukesha location. Maddie instructs in both landplanes and seaplanes, and is passionate about making flight training not just a box to check, but an experience and the beginning of a tool that lets us explore the world in three dimensions. She sees it as a privilege to teach the pilots she’ll share the skies with for the next 40 years, and she brings a rare blend of flying, fixing, and designing aircraft to the cockpit.
