Waymo: Google’s Ace in the Hole

 Is Waymo, Google's "ace in the hole"? Waymo's revenues are already nothing to scoff at and could easily skyrocket if it wasn't out of a high level of care to ensure its further rollout doesn't involve accidents. Matter of fact, when was the last time anything negative has been reported about Waymo's self-driving fleet? Exactly, they are taking their time and doing it right. When the time will come for broader legislation, their mostly squeaky clean record will go a long way in terms of advantage. Further, Waymo is starting to structure deals with corporations which could amount to a substantial advantage and an excellent way to more broadly showcase its tech and cement its place in the robotaxi space.
