Today compressed the roles and the clock, everything had a deadline, and nothing could wait.
Started with heavy lifting (literally): helping the builder install jib panels in the high ceilings for ongoing renovations. Not my title. Not my job. But it had to get done, so I did it.
Welcomed two new horses for a 5-week strength & conditioning boot camp. Structured, specific, outcome-driven.
In between? Finalised lesson plans, kept study hours tight, and prepped for a day on the road.
