Today was about forward momentum, even when systems went offline.
Started by using AI strategically while driving, not for shortcuts, but for structured thinking and brainstorming on the move.
Followed it up with the JT Foxx AI webinar, the game has changed for the future of AI.
Worked with the new horses on-site, completed full static assessments, and began mapping tailored conditioning plans, foundation before performance.
At 2PM, the storm hit again and took the internet with it.
No screens. No systems. No distractions.
Just space to reset, unplug, and recover deliberately.
This isn’t downtime. This is reset with intent because performance isn’t just what you do online. It’s how you build offline.
