Day 69 - Today was all about results.
For years, only a fraction of clients truly committed to winter plans, but this year, close to 80% followed through, and the difference is striking. Horses are coming into spring stronger, fitter, and more competitive than ever.
I also share how integrating new strategies from my advanced diploma has elevated rehabilitation and strength programs, with standout progress in cases like a suspensory rehab pony now ready to return to jumping.
On a personal note, I reflect on my last session with my incredible naturopath, whose retirement marks the end of a special chapter.
