Since 2001, I’ve been buying income-producing properties, starting with smaller residential and mixed-use assets, and eventually scaling into larger multifamily apartment buildings across several states. Over time, I’ve raised millions in private capital to acquire deals that generate long-term cash flow and appreciation.
Today, I operate through both syndications and a structured investment fund. My focus is simple: buy properties that are stable or lightly distressed, manage them aggressively, and deliver returns w/out exposing investors to renovation or financing risk.
The people I work are often busy professionals, biz owners, and 1st time real estate investors who want the benefits of real estate ownership w/out the headaches of tenants, toilets, or turnover. They invest passively, while my team handles everything from acquisition and renovations to management and eventual exit.
