That was until one day when the PAIN of staying hidden was too much to take and I made the choice to get my butt in the ARENA of MY OWN life.
To take the risk of looking like a beginner, looking silly and GOD forbid looking like a FOOL.

Episode 10: You Are the Problem and the Solution: The Truth about "Too Muchness."
In this episode, I’m opening up about what’s been happening inside The Heart is the Bar and the powerful lessons emerging as we explore identity, belief systems, and the stories we’ve carried since childhood and how they are BLOCKING us from being seen in the world.
We talk about why simply understanding your past isn’t enough to create change, and why taking action even when it stretches you is where real embodiment happens.
I share the challenge I set for the women in the program, how it triggered feelings of “too muchness,” and where you can start too and I finally tell a story I have never shared publically.
Another honest episode of how to exist in the present moment without so much fear and anxiety about being “to much”. Too much is a you problem babe, It’s something you have made real.
