This week, I'm recording the podcast from my new studio for the very first time, and honestly, it feels like the perfect setting for the conversation I want to have with you today.
It's been one of the biggest weeks I've had in a long time. We opened The Arena, I had the opportunity to speak to a room full of incredible women inside the Academy of the Gentle Sleep Specialist, and through those experiences I was reminded of something that has always been true for me:
I absolutely love supporting mothers in business.
Not just to make more money, but to build businesses that align with who they are, what they value, and the life they actually want to live.
Because here's what I've learned:
You are your social proof.
Not your testimonials. Not your follower count.
Not your perfectly curated content.
You.
The way you live. The standards you hold. The boundaries you honour. The courage you have to choose what matters most.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I believe your personal values need to come before your business values and why so many women unknowingly build businesses that pull them away from the very things they care about most.
My Biggest Reminder For You.
Your business is a vehicle for your life - not the other way around.
When you know what matters most to you and have the courage to live by those values, your business becomes an extension of your integrity.
Selling becomes easier because you're living what you're teaching.
Decisions become clearer because you're no longer chasing someone else's version of success.
And trust grows because people can feel the congruence between what you say and how you live.
Because at the end of the day, you are your social proof.
