In this episode, I share a concept that has completely shifted my perspective lately: being "insufferable."

After buying a new microphone and joking that I was about to become insufferable, I started reflecting on what that word really means. While the dictionary paints it as something negative, I've come to see it very differently.

To me, being insufferable means being unapologetically yourself. It means taking up space, owning your voice, honoring your needs, and refusing to shrink to make other people comfortable.

I dive into why so many of us are afraid of being seen as "too much" and how that fear keeps us playing small. Whether it's in our relationships, our work, our parenting, or our dreams, we often silence ourselves to avoid criticism, rejection, or judgment.

I also share personal stories about my journey from making bold decisions for myself to showing up visibly online, building my business, and creating the life and relationships I deeply desire.

My message is simple: if you want more peace, more joy, more fulfillment, and more alignment in your life, you have to get comfortable with being misunderstood. You have to trust yourself enough to be seen.

You are not too much.

And maybe the life you're craving is waiting on the other side of becoming a little more "insufferable."
