There was a time when I thought nutrition was simply about eating the "right" foods and it was never about how I wanted to FEEL but it was so tied into how I wanted to LOOK.But the more I've grown, healed, and had conversations with incredible women like Beth, the more I've realized that true nourishment goes so much deeper than what's on my plate.
In this episode, I sit down with clinical nutritionist Beth Catherine for a conversation that completely activated the way I FEEL about food, health, and caring for myself again. Today we dive into our relationship with food, the beliefs we inherited growing up, and why so many women have been taught to disconnect from their bodies instead of listening to them.
