John is from Scotland, married to Gayle with four children. He is currently navigating the transition from leaving the only organisation he wanted to work for after 29 years and leaving what has been the family home for almost 25 years to move to a new city. This has coincided with a profound spiritual and physical transformation that has seen John find levels of peace and contentment that he could not have imagined and going from not being able to walk up the street outside of his house, to running a marathon. John is filled with gratitude for this transformation and wants to be of service going forward, with a deep knowing that the best way to do this is to sharing his story and the lessons he has learnt along the way.
