2 Nephi 4 is often called Nephi’s Psalm because it feels like reading the inside of his heart. Nephi delights in the scriptures, but he also mourns over his own weaknesses, temptations, and sins. He’s brutally honest about his struggles — “O wretched man that I am” — yet he doesn’t stay there. Nephi remembers how God has delivered him, strengthened him, and blessed him, and he chooses to trust in the Lord rather than in man.
In this episode, we walk through Nephi’s wrestle and his testimony. We’ll talk about delighting in God’s word, recognizing His help in our lives, trusting Him above all else, and learning to awake and rejoice. The message is simple but powerful: no matter our weaknesses, God is good — and that’s enough reason to keep going with faith and joy.
