Hey, I'm so glad you're back. Okay, so we are going to talk about why your family album is the ultimate manifestation tool. Welcome back. It's Anna Banana, and it's our family album project, the show that helps you turn your memories into something meaningful. This episode is going to be a little bit different. It's going to be about what happens when you look back and you realize just how powerful your story really is. So looking back at your photos is just a wild experience. If you've ever held your wedding album in your hand, your child books, photo albums in your hand, you can see your life laid out in front of you. And it really hits you how beautiful it is. Every page is a snapshot of something real. And some of those days were messy and some were magical and some were just regular Tuesdays. But it's insane in the best way because... you're not just remembering, you're witnessing the shape of your year. You know, those trips you take, the birthday cakes, the quiet mornings, the people who were there and the ones who aren't anymore. And I think when you look back at your photo albums or you're scrolling through your photos on your phone, when you look at it all together, you realize this is the life that I've built. And even if it's not perfect and even if it's hard, I think there's something really powerful about Actually printing it out and holding it. If you make a year in review book, which is a project I've been working on for the last four years, your yearbook is like your ultimate manifestation board. It doesn't just record your life. I swear it reflects your dreams, the places you've been. We're probably just places in your head at one point. we bought our house and i have photos of us in our apartment and then looking at the photos of us in our house it's crazy how it was a goal and then it happened you know so that new baby that career change that deeper relationship it all started with hope you know and then boom it's on the page and that's why i think our family yearbooks are just the ultimate manifestation board It's living, breathing proof that you're creating the life you've been dreaming, even if it didn't feel like it in the moment. So when I get our family photo album each year, when I finally print it out, one thing that I really try to do is think about what I want to see in next year's album. For me, next year's album, I really want to see myself in better physical health. I've had two kids in the last five years. Y'all, I cannot run to save my life. I want to feel stronger physically. And since I know I'll be printing a photo book next year, I have a goal in my head to be in that photo book as a stronger mom. So what do you want your next year book to look like? Do you want more time with your kids? Do you want more travel, more creativity? I think when you see what matters most in the year behind you, you can really start to get clear on what matters in the year ahead. Your album becomes a mirror and a map. I really wanted to go to Disney World. I really wanted to take my kids to Disney before they turned five. That was a big goal of mine. And we actually took them to Disney twice in one year, which was crazy. All across the board. You know, we weren't sleeping. Financially, we were okay-ish. I know the economy is terrible. But we... made it happen. And I think that's why I love printing these books because I get excited about, okay, next year I want to take them and do this. And now I have that goal of it's got to happen because it's got to go in the photo book. So here's my challenge for you. I want you to open up Last year's album or scroll through your photos on your phone if you haven't made one yet and ask yourself, what part of this year do I want more of? What did I love that I want to keep close? What would I be proud to see in next year's album? You don't need a vision board. You already have one. It's your life in photos. So I think we did our story time talking about those goals that I had that made happen and went in the photo book. I hope this gave you a pause and made you feel something about your life and how beautiful it really is. So hot tip, your yearbook is your manifestation board. I want you to look through your photos tonight or wherever you're at, if you can do it now, and pick the things that you want to carry into next year, like your You want to vacation more, make that your goal so it can end up in your next book. And my question to you is, have you ever printed a year in review book? Have you ever sat down and actually made a whole album for a year? And what was your experience when you held it in your hands? Did you have that same beautiful aha moment of, oh my God, this is my life. This is what I've been working on. I'd really love to hear from you. Okay, I hope you like this episode. Trying to get better and stronger about making these podcasts. I know they're super short. I'm trying to keep them under 10 minutes. When we do the interviews, those will be longer. Those will be at least 10 to 20 minutes. And if you have questions, please feel free to email me. I have a Patreon. You can direct message me on Facebook or Instagram. I'm trying to get a little community going on Facebook so we can share our family album photos and talk about them a little bit more. In the future episodes, we are going to start talking about different companies that we can print from. And then we're going to start working on a photo book together. And I hope you stick around for it because it is going to be beautiful once you hold your photo book in your hand. All right, guys, I'll see you next episode.
