SPEAKER_01:

Hello, Winslow, and hello, community of everyone.

SPEAKER_00:

So excited to be here. Aw, well, it's so special to have you. Such an honor. And you are you wear many hats. You are a master of many things. And would you be able to tell us just a little bit about what you do? Because then that ties into our very magical conversation.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, I'd be honored to. Well, I work with uh children and adults, and also I work with people on the other side. I work with anyone who needs help, um, awakening, ascending, clearing, getting into their best and highest life, feeling really good. And part of this work is I work on many different layers. I have different backgrounds. I also have a whole other corporate life where I worked in different areas. So that informs my work. But I am mainly the best way to describe me is an alchemist, which means when you're changing a form into a new form. So that's the essence is magic and transformation, that no matter any situation, there is always a solution. And remembering that there's light and dark, and dark was born from the light, for light to know itself. So I believe in the power of magic and light to help any situation. I'm an intuitive guide, meaning I kind of work with you wherever you are in your soul journey, in your evolution as you're growing and evolving to be your best and highest, brightest self. And sometimes in that journey, there's energy that can block or limit or even kind of stop you from growing and evolving. So I love to work with those energies because it's a good challenge and it helps us on so many levels. And then lastly, I love to teach. I've studied all different kinds of teachings from all over the world and a little galactic work. And I really love sharing what I've learned, and sharing is caring. And so we're so grateful that you're here to learn. And hopefully, something that's shared today sparks in your heart or sparks in your belly. We have three different kinds of in my tradition, is there's three hearts. There's the heart of our heart is love, the heart of our belly is our power, and the heart of our mind is wisdom. And so feeling into those three of wisdom, love, and power, we find our courage, we find our bravery. And we, I think, especially as children, allowing ourselves to be daring and use our imagination to create new opportunities or new ways of being. So I'm so happy to be here. And I just uh I love that you're doing this podcast, Winslow.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you, Vanessa. That was so beautiful. And I have this image that it's like we're sitting with the fairies, the angels, the magical beings, and it's like we're at the library. And Vanessa has it's like she is an amazing librarian because she has she like knows where all the books are for the fairy realms, for the magical being realms, for the angel realms. And so this podcast time feels extra special because it's like we get to walk around the very magical, safe, special library and pull out different books and learn different information from Vanessa. And so to begin, Vanessa, well, maybe to begin, do you want to dive into? I know you said you had a nature spirit fairy, you've had many experiences, but we could start with a little story, if one comes to mind, and then kind of go from there.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, I'd be honored. And I love that you mentioned we're all in the library together because it's such a safe, magical place of infinite knowledge and infinite possibilities. And I hope that all of our listeners feel a sense of wonder, a sense of magic, a sense of expansive, open, anything is possible. And there's no limits, and that's so important because that's so linked to our capacity to love and to feel free. And so my first experience with the fairy was when I was very little, about two or three. And I was born in Houston, Texas, and we would we lived in this really magical part by the bayou, and there would be peacocks, there would be wild, uh, very poisonous snakes who would flither by, we'd have bunny rabbits, we'd have pelicans, we'd have all kinds of different beautiful beings. Um, and what was really special is my mom, because she grew up in Texas, she used to swim with the water moccasin snakes, which are about 10 or 12 feet long, poisonous snakes in the Guadalupe River. And so she taught my sister and I, my sister Amanda, um, how important it was to know that we we are all interconnected with all the animals and the trees and the flowers, and everything has a heartbeat and we're all connected. And so for her, she really taught us never to fear any animal or fear any situation. Fear is just false evidence appearing real. And why that was important is that if we were outside, she had us kind of be by ourselves when we were really little and sit on the grass under these big weeping willows, which are these big trees that have this beautiful moss just kind of like floating down. And I would feel and see fairies all around the trees and the grass. I would see these little nature spirits that kind of look like fairies, but they were a little bit smaller. They almost were like fireflies. And they would just kind of, I almost saw them zooming around, like they were just moving little energy. And then when the peacocks would come, oh my gosh, I would that's when I started seeing auras, which is colors. Each of us have an auric field, so that's a kind of light spectrum that comes around us. It might be the outline of our body, it might look like a big circle around us, but it's really magical. So everyone has a different kind of color of light around them. And some of them, sorry, every time I burp, that's when all the angels come in. I have all these beings around. But yeah, this place was so magical because we really were taught um by my mom to really know that every creature has a divine purpose, even snakes and spiders, and we had lizards and we had all kinds of things. And um, we we actually were taught that they are our friends, and we have Cherokee Indian as well as Celtic and Scottish and all kinds of things in us. But what so part of that was learning that we're we're all friends, and I love that because we had a lot of creatures, yeah, and even um we had a couple rattlesnakes, and what I remember learning was my mom always said, which is a good thing because um if you ever are in a situation, it's like really being in a place of calm and knowing that you know uh there's always a there's always a way to get just calm in your heart. Anyway, so fairies. Fairies, I have been with me always. And when I moved to New York City, I would see fairies all in the parks. Uh Central Park had millions of fairies. But sometimes I would see fairies um like on a city corner. I saw a big angels when I was crossing the street. I would then when I was living in France, I would see all kinds of angels and fairies and other kinds of beings. I saw a lot of dragons in France and unicorns. And so the way I was taught is that each of us are born with a uh we have a guardian angel, a guardian unicorn, and a guardian dragon. Now they all love working with the fairies, and then they work with other beings. Sometimes there's elves, sometimes there's trolls or little goblins, and they're actually they all have different duties for our ecosystem. And so when I would go into caves, I went into a lot of caves, I would meet um, because the fairies don't really like caves, so this would have been the world kind of dominion of the trolls and goblins. Uh, but I would also um feel into the heart of the cave. I would actually talk to the rocks and the crystals. And so I really would got, and this kind of stayed with me of when I would have kind of spirits come to me and tell me that everything has a sentience. Now that's a big word, but that means everything: the tree, the rock, the grass, the ocean, the air, the fire, the wind, the rain, the rainbow, the sun and the moon and the stars, everything has a heartbeat, everything has a consciousness. And that the moment I felt it, it was like, wow. So um, so when we moved, we moved to Maine, we used to come to Maine in the summers and um we would go grow, we loved exploring the rocks, and and sometimes I would see rock shaped as hearts, or I would feel certain rocks when I would hold them in my hand, I would literally feel like a heartbeat, or I'd feel, and I can't describe it, I just feel so safe and happy. And then when I started swimming in the ocean, I was a little wild, and I would swim further out than I was supposed to at three, three and four and five. And I that's when I first met mermaids. And I literally had I got too far out one day, and the current was kind of grabbing my foot and pulling me into the ocean deeper. And I literally felt this tail, and I saw this mermaid, young mermaid, pull me to safety. And everyone thought I was crazy, except there was this wonderful older woman who had been on the island forever, and she was like a guardian um kind of grandmother to me. And Charlotte spoke to me and she said, I sing to the mermaids. I know these mermaids. So, you know, the mermaids are like cousins to fairies, so we have all these beautiful beings always around us. They're a finger breadth away, they stay invisible for their own safety, but they always try to make themselves known. And then birds are messengers, birds and butterflies, dragonflies, you know, fireflies, they are all messengers from the celestial realm. So whether it's coming like a big love from somebody on the other side in heaven, or it might be somebody trying to give you, like your one of your angels to give you a message. Sometimes they're there to kind of just guide us and help us remember our light, remember our magic, remember how much we're loved. So for me, everything is about helping us remember that we're magical beings of light. And I think that we forget that sometimes. And children are so amazing at knowing how beautiful and amazing their light is. So, but I think I wish I had one specific fairy that stayed with me. I'd say that throughout my life, and if I've ever had times where I wasn't feeling like I was in Earth World and it was kind of heavy, I would instantly go find a park or a tree or a flower, and I would just ask the fairy to come forward to bring a little light to my, bring a little light and joy to my life. I also love angels, and I've always been able to see angels around people. And not everybody, just so you know, like I think fairies are always around all of us, but sometimes there's some people that are more dragon people. There might be people who are more like flying carpet, kind of wizard types. Um, there are others I think who have special abilities. And but I think what I love about the fairy golden rule is for me is always keep it light. And I don't like it heavy. Um, but I think what's important, and I do this every day, is when I think about my body, my body has wing muscles, and that's right behind our heart. So anytime if I feel sad or something's going on, I immediately ask my body to feel her wings come out. And everyone, um, and this is something about learning that the body has grown and evolved over a long period of time as the earth has grown and evolved. So there was a time our body had wings, and our tailbone, which is at the base of our back, had a tail. So sometimes if I'm stressed, I'll imagine I have like a big lion tail and big wings out. Maybe they're like rainbow wings, maybe they're wings of fire, wings of water, but they change sometimes and it makes me feel like oh, I open up my chest, I feel relaxed, but it's a way for me to honor my own magic because we're all made of a teaspoon of stardust. We all are magical beings, and we have the stars in us. And so I also was taught um really early on by a dear friend who was Inuit, and so she lived up near Greenland. She talked about the way she was raised is the stars were also fairies, and the stars were also the ancestors. And it was the idea that stars were the gateways, the portals to the other realms above us, always looking down to protect and guide us. And then I had another friend of mine who was Hawaiian who taught me about the goddess Pele, which is the goddess of fire and the volcano, and to not be afraid of the volcanoes and the earthquakes and know that it was earth balancing herself. And so I really love learning about kind of the love below us and the love above us, below us, above us, and within, without. And so I think with all of these little creatures, and I also had Pleiadians, which are really lovely advanced beings of light, and others come forward, they always have a message of finding my light, doing what makes me feel anything in the moment that makes me feel more light, and bringing light to others. And sometimes bringing light to others is just playing or laughing or witnessing them, just being with them if they feel something. And yeah, so I love about fairies too, is they don't take anything personally, they don't hold grudges, they like to keep things light, and that was always a good lesson because dolphins are like that too. They're so present moment, they just like to play and bring joy, and I think that's a really good way to live to try to be as present moment as we can.

SPEAKER_00:

Vanessa, that is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing all those pieces. And you also had mentioned how that word intuition, how you're an intuitive guide. And would you be able to speak about the word intuition and how we how we know we're in our intuition, why it's important?

SPEAKER_01:

I would be honored to. So when I think of the intuition, I first kind of feel into my body. So when we feel good, when something makes us feel good, just notice if you feel like you feel it in your heart, you feel it in your belly, you feel it all around you, a feeling of sparkle, a feeling of lightness, a feeling of joy, fun. And then you can feel into your body when something doesn't, when it feels icky or kind of slimy, gross, kind of doesn't feel fun. Yeah, then it's like your body's way of saying, no, that's that's not okay. So when I was first learning about intuition, intuition I feel comes from this magical place. And so right now you can put your hand on your heart and you have your heartbeat. And there is some powerful presence, intelligence, life force that makes our heart beat all on its own, and it helps us breathe in and out on our own. And so, one exercise you can do is you can put your hand on your heart, and you might feel the hand on the other side of the heart meeting your heart, your hand. So two hands coming together. That's one way of meeting your intuition. Another way is putting your hand on your belly, and imagine a big, beautiful sun, a big ball of light, and you can start to feel your belly kind of maybe it might you get little chills or you get like a sensation of warmth. That's intuition too. Um, intuition for me is like that inner voice, it's this, it's you, and it's a part of you that is your inner divine GPS, your compass. Um, if it's okay to share, there's an idea that we're okay, that we're as beings of light, we're riding in these beautiful bodies. And either we're you can think of it riding a horse, or maybe you're on your bicycle. And both Wenslow and I share a beautiful teacher namelea Dow, who taught us this, and it's I think her work in the body deva is significant, and really honoring that our first relationship is between our essence, our light, your little sparkle, who and what you are, which is eternal, an eternal meaning. We there's no end and there's no beginning. And our body has an ending and beginning, and so our body has its own beautiful needs. Like some days she she might need to dress up as you know, certain colors or um eat certain foods. So when I think of that connection with my body, intuition, I really feel my intuition in my body. Now, some people feel their intuition. Think of your intuition as like wisdom, a divine guidance. Um, some people like to talk to maybe they have um a grandparent who's on the other side in heaven. They might ask their grandparent for advice. That can feel like intuition too. Or maybe you're you like angels and you want to ask your guardian angel for guidance. But no matter what, we always have this inner voice within us. And so I my golden rule is if it feels good in your body, if it brings you light, if it makes you feel good, that's your yes. And if something feels kind of icky, heavy, my no, I usually feel in my tummy. It gets kind of like doesn't, it just feels like little knots in my tummy, and it's my body's way of saying, no way, Jose, I don't want to do this. And I always listen to my body because she knows best. But as you're feeling into the intuition, part of the intuition is the fairies, the angels, beings of love and light will actually help guide and give us messages. They might also, I've literally seen angels get in the way of someone who's about to have an accident, and that person walked away with nothing that happened to them. So I've seen fairies help out. Now it takes a lot of effort for a fairy to help a human, but I've seen like literally hundreds of fairies come together and form a little chain gang, and they're all together like helping. Um, I've seen really miraculous things. So um there's a wonderful woman named Florence Scoval Shin, who was in the 1920s, but she would start her day saying, I look with wonder at that which is before me. So she would start her day that way, and I just loved it that every day is a new beginning, a new possibility, a new adventure. And so sometimes with our intuition, there's our logical mind, our thinking mind, and there's our creative mind when we love to do, you know, play and imagine. I think our intuition is kind of in between those places, if that makes sense. I also think when I think of the body, I think of the body like as like four squares, an emotional body, which is just energy and motion, but our emotions can be happy, sad, the whole spectrum of emotions. And then we have our physical body, which is like just how we feel each day, just checking in with our body if anything hurts, anything's a little tight, we need a little dance party, a little stretch, a little warm water. And then I think of our mental body. Our mental body are our thoughts. What do we think about? And if we think about things that are don't make us happy, that might be an indicator that there's something that is out of balance. And so fairies are great to call in, calling in some fairies or angels to lighten the mood, like a little confetti party of fun. It's really helpful to kind of break up any kind of dense, heavy energy. And so, our mental body, sometimes our brain will think about thoughts that are really exciting. Sometimes our thoughts will be about all kinds of things. Sometimes our thoughts are actually about other people. And so it's always a good task to check in are these my thoughts? Does this make me feel good? And so, again, calling angels fairies, I think they always help us be bright and light and in our inner truth. And the final part of our body is our spiritual body. We're made of light. And so, what's exciting about that is so are fairies, so are angels, so are dragons, so are unicorns. Now, dragons and unicorns did walk the earth, and cross-culturally, all over the world, all the continents honor and observe in all the traditions unicorns and dragons walking the earth. The dragons represented our evolution kind of moving into a place of wisdom, a place of love. And so sometimes I love to call in my guardian unicorn and from the horn ask for a little blast of light and love to come into me. Because I think right now our world has a lot of heavy stuff we're dealing with, and it's way more fun to be lighter. So I'll call in the unicorn to give me a little blast of light. I'll ask my unicorn or my angels to bring me some love and light, fairies to bring me a little sparkle party, and then the dragon. The dragon, remember, is related to the dinosaurs, and it's also related to the serpents, the snakes, and it represents our primal force. Our body has these really amazing things inside of us. We have blood, we have oxygen, we have water, we have bones, we have fascia, tissues, tendons, joints, muscles, organs, glands, DNA, cells. We have little atoms. Right now, the smallest particle they have is the muon, M-U-O-N. We are made of just a dance party of energy inside of us. We've got skin, we've got hair, we've got magical eyes and ears, we've got our nose, our mouth. Every tooth in our mouth is related to an organ in our body. They talk to each other. And then we've got these beautiful nerves that just send light throughout our body. And when we create a new thought, they just have now recorded under a microscope that when a new thought is created, it creates a spark of light. Isn't that exciting? So that's why, like learning and growing and doing anything new creates sparks of light in your body. And then you've got your collarbone under your throat, you've got your arms and your hands, you've got your big, beautiful kind of chest where our lungs are to breathe, we've got our heart. If we um or a girl, we've got a young woman, we've got our breast area, then we've got, and our men have them too, of course. We've got our rib cage, we've got our solar plexus, we've got our navel, and we've got our sacral. This is our power center of our creativity. And it's two or three fingers below your belly button. And I love that area for anyone, regardless male, female, unicorn, fairies, we all have our chakras. And we can feel that it's a beautiful place of love. Sometimes it feels like a beautiful pink ball of love. And then we have our root chakra, which is where the our torso meets our legs. Then we've got our beautiful legs, our thighs, our knees, our calves, and down to our feet. Why am I talking about the body? Because it's so magical, and our we don't think of our body as this divine celestial vessel of awesomeness. And we get a new stomach lining, I think, every four weeks. Deepak Chopra has a great um chart about this. Every organ is constantly growing. We get new blood vessels, we get new oxygen, and the percentage of water that is in our body is the same percentage of water on the earth. So the earth and like the earth itself and our body are always in harmony. And as we're learning and exploring in space, we're learning about all the different stars and asteroids and dwarf planets and other planets and other possibilities of stars are born through plasma. Well, guess what? Our blood is plasma, and so when we think of alchemy, everything starts as a new form. And so, when they were studying alchemy way a long time ago, of using Mercury, Mercury was the only agent that could become liquid. And so, as they were trying to turn metal into gold, and so the idea is that within us lies kind of a secret magician, and I think that's where our intuition is takes us to the heart of that place where anything we dream, we can make happen. I absolutely believe that you can do anything, and I've seen people levitate where they're flying off the ground, I've seen people do magical things. So I always hold it in my heart that even if someone around you says it can't be done, but you feel it can, then absolutely call in more fairies, more angels, everybody to give you a big support cheering squad. Because I really believe anything is possible, and the best thing is all the children around. Around the earth now, they are part of the solution. They're going to be dreaming new things, new technology, new opportunities. So that's where we need that extra help from our intuition, from fairies and beings of love and light, because I think most of the solutions we need right now are divine, celestial, magical solutions. Because human solutions. There's Albert Einstein, who was a wonderful quantum physicist, always says you can't solve the problem with the same intelligence that created it. You need something higher or some other new way of seeing. So that gets us into the gift of working with fairies and angels and other beings, dragons, unicorns. It's like going way up, climbing a tree, or going up and hiking a mountain. It's seeing the world from a whole new perspective. Like imagine you're the hawk or the eagle and you're flying up and you're seeing the world from a whole new perspective. It's amazing. So there's always more than one way to see a problem. There's always a solution. And if there isn't a solution, I literally ask my fairies to open up a door of light and I just go in there because I know there will be a solution. And I also believe that with us, I really believe this is a loving universe. I really believe that all of our ancestors and our loved ones up in heaven are always with us. They send us messages. And maybe they'll send you like a feather on the ground or a favorite bird, or maybe you'll literally feel like their hand on your on the back of your, you know, on your back, or but I think they're always here to also help us. So they too believe in fairies and angels and magic because we have so much around us. Again, it's invisible for a reason, it's for their own safety, but they're very much there. And then if you've heard of Middle Earth, like that's um Hobbits, and if you ever read JRR Tolkien's wonderful trilogy, that is below us, and it's really interesting because there's different doors that lead us down to Middle Earth. Um, sometimes we're allowed to go there in dream time, and it's this idea that there's other realms within Earth that are where the magic lives every day. And so sometimes what I like to do at the end of each day is I imagine I'm in a waterfall of light, and it's just going down the front of my body, the back of my body, the left side and right side. And I imagine this waterfall of light just washes away the day, and I don't have to worry about anything anymore. And I just let myself be in this beautiful light, and I ask as I go to bed that I go to a healing sanctuary, or maybe I want to go to Middle Earth and go see some hobbits, or maybe I want to go to a magical realm of the mermaids, or go to a magical realm off planet to stars. Maybe I want to go be in the ruins of an Egyptian pyramid. Maybe I want to go be uh hanging out with a beautiful camel in the desert. Maybe I want to go be with the tigers in India. Maybe I want to go be in the Amazon and go kind of climb the trees. I let my some part of me go wherever I need to go. And sometimes I don't even know where I need to go. I'll just ask my body to go be where she needs to be in dream time. And I always ask that I wake up feeling rested and excited for the day ahead. So that's something to play with and see if that feels good. The other thing, too, that fairies are so good with is they don't like people feeling heavy or worrying about things. So they always do a good reminder of anything you're feeling. You don't have to carry that. So really imagine you give that energy, the heart of the heaviness over whether you believe in God or the energy that makes your heart beat. You just give it over. And so that you don't have to hold that. You just get to give it over to the fairies or the angels. That letting go is so important because I think when we get older, adults don't let go enough. We worry, we worry, we worry. And children are not meant to worry, but frankly, neither are adults. We're meant to be in a place of knowing, of faith, of trust, of knowing that there is a divine guidance, and that's where the intuition comes back. So there's that time of stillness where we get to do that when we when we go to bed. And some of us uh practice meditation when we first wake up. You can do it any time of the day, of where you just you close your eyes or you put your hand on your heart or your hand on your belly, and you kind of call in the light of who and what you are. Or imagine your wings coming out. Maybe they're fairy wings, maybe they're dragon wings, maybe they're Pegasus wings, wings on a beautiful horse, or maybe you feel just a sense of relaxation. But I think it's always good to take a couple minutes a day of just stillness and just kind of or going out and sitting with a tree, or going barefoot on the grass. There's so much that's around us that helps us find our inner peace and calm and our inner sanctuary.

SPEAKER_00:

Vanessa, wow, you hold such wisdom, and it's like you with all this information open up a world of possibilities that people don't always talk about in our day-to-day life. And also when uh just kind of as we maybe our wrap up the this podcast time, the last little bit, I know that sometimes kids talk about having scary dreams or feeling unsafe. And kind of in this time of Halloween, too, where there's it's like Halloween's exciting, but sometimes also you can feel it's like you can kind of feel the spirits or the ghosts or other beings of other realms. What I know that you do some clearing and help kids and adults also feel like feel safe, feel protected. And so if there's a little piece about that, like what could someone do to feel more safe if they were feeling unsafe or a little bit scared?

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, amazing questions. Thank you, thank you. And I I love this time of year because we are in this magical time where we we can feel, yeah, the veils are thin, as they say. Um, anytime we have an equinox, so we just had the autumn equinox, equinox means equal parts, light and dark. So it's a natural time of balance, of harmony. And the next time we have one is in springtime where we have the flowers come out, but it's a good reminder of um when we ever feel something that does feels kind of icky, or something that makes literally our hair stand up on our body, or maybe we feel like, okay, I'm not alone, or those scary dreams. Um, yeah, when I was little, I had a lot of visitors. Um, and I didn't understand what was happening, but my wonderful mom was always so calm. She'd let me tell her about who came to see me. Um, and one of the things that I really believe in is that every day, at least I still do this as an adult, but I imagine, and you can do it in your own unique way. Um, you just imagine some people like to put on like a big cape of light, um, like a magical cloak. Um, some people like to put on like magical armor, like maybe you're, you know, you like kind of playing with armor. So you have a magical sword, a magical shield. Um, I just like kind of putting on, um, I usually just ask for like a big kind of circle of light around me. And I do that when I'm going about my day. And I even imagine when I'm dreaming that I'm still in this kind of protective light ball. Some people like a big column of light kind of coming from the sky and anchoring them all the way through their chakras. Chakras are our little magical wheels of light that help balance our body. And we have one on the top of our head, which is called our crown chakra, our third eye, which is between our eyebrows, then we have our throat chakra. There's also one behind our neck, and that's called the alta major chakra, or that's also a layout's tunnel of light. And then we have our heart chakra, and we have our solar plexus, we have our navel, which is right at our belly button, and then we have our sacral, that's that creativity chakra, that's two or three um fingers below our belly button, and then our root chakra, which is kind of down right where our torso meets our legs. And then I practice the earth star chakra, that's three or four feet below your feet, so you feel super anchored into Mother Earth. And then I also practice the galactic chakras. So those chakras that go way above our head and they connect us all the way up to the stars. So as you're feeling that, you can feel this huge, powerful line of light. The other thing I like to do is if I'm ever feeling kind of scared or something just doesn't feel right, I like to put my hand in my heart or my hand on my belly, or you can rub your hands together. And when you rub your hands together, here, I'll do it with you. I'm rubbing my hands together, and it makes it makes your palms feel kind of warm. And then I put my palms together and I imagine a beautiful ball of light. And I imagine this ball of light gets bigger than my hands, bigger than my body. Then it just keeps going. And I imagine this ball of light gets bigger than the room I'm in, maybe bigger than my house or apartment I live in, bigger than the city or town I live in, bigger than the state I live in, bigger than the continent, and bigger than the earth. Then I imagine this light goes to meet its friends in the galaxy. So it goes up to meet the other planets: Pluto, Venus, Mars, Uranus. I still count Pluto as a planet. Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury, and other planets we'll continue to learn about. But I feel like we're all part of one big family of light. And the moment I feel that light, it makes me feel better. I also remember the dragon lines, the ley lines. These are magical highways of light all around and through the earth. Again, we don't see them, they're invisible, but they go through every major city, every major kind of place of prehistoric archaeological sites. But when you look at the map of the ley lines and you look at the map of the meridians, which are highways of light in our human body, they look almost identical. So again, what happens in our body, just like we have the same amount of water in our body as the same percentage, the earth has water. The moment you feel something's off, I always kind of connect in with a tree or the ocean. If I can't get outside, I think of something outside that makes me feel really safe and protected, too. So that's another idea. So you've got light, you can rub your hands, hand on your heart, hand on your belly, and you're just feeling that light. If that still isn't enough, then you got to call in your guardian friends. So your guardian angels, your guardian unicorn, a dragon. I love dragons. I love ninjas. So lately I've had a pack of ninja elves, and they literally come in and they are incredible. And when I was living in New York City and I was uh on the subway, sometimes I would be at the subway really odd hours because of my work. And so I would call in ninja elves to be around me and dragons. I love the dragons. So there's dragons in the air, there's dragons in the water, there's dragons in the fire, there's dragons for the earth, and then um there's what's called Christed dragons. So Christ, Buddha, and Muhammad the prophet, those are the three kind of major religions of Christ. Christianity also practicing Judaism because he was Jewish first. We always forget that. Um, and also Buddha for Buddhism and Prophet Muhammad. Um, but what's so interesting is they all would talk about dragons as well. So there's this kind of idea of like protective dragons kind of around us. So if you ever feel scared, dragons have that magical alchemical flame. They can just they can like so I call in sometimes I love working with a good alchemical flame. And there's that word alchemy. What does alchemy mean? It takes something that's icky and it makes it bright and light. It literally turns it into something that's a new form. So if you ever need if something also doesn't feel right, you could literally ask your angels or your guides, divine order restored. Or I'm asking something to be like brought up into something that's a higher vibe, higher energy. Um, but I also wanted to say that sometimes, so when I had nightmares and as a child, I actually would dream the future. I would see things before they happened, and I would actually see world events before they happened. And so I didn't understand that I had the power to see the future. But what I tried to do with these images, or sometimes I would dream of ghosts or other beings who were kind of not all, they weren't in heaven yet, but they were still missing earth. And so one of the things that actually the fairies and the angels taught me is that all I had to do was understand, like I didn't have to physically do anything, but I could see them. And I so what I would do is I would just innocently, I would open up doors of light, and I would imagine there was a big magnet on the other side, and if they're ready to go, that magnet will just take them through the door and get them back where they need to go. And that's worked every time. So you guys can try that. And if you're in like if you wake up from a bad dream and something doesn't feel right, you can imagine a beautiful door of light just opens in your bedroom, and just a little magnet, it's like a little friendly fairy or angel on the other side, has that as that magnet and just pulls away anything that doesn't feel right. The other thing too is sometimes um for those of us who have magical magic, we're all magical, okay? We all have the abilities, but some of us like literally can hear people talking to us. And so I that happened to me as a child as well. And so I had to start using that big word discernment, kind of meaning, is this my voice or is this coming from somewhere else? And I would always hear very, very quickly within the first two to three seconds. Because when we ask ourselves a question and we give ourselves just two or three seconds, that's coming from our intuition. It's coming right from us from a higher place. You can trust it. Sometimes voices you might, because we were children are so empathic, they might feel maybe parents worrying about something. Maybe they're even hearing something that someone's dealing with, like a friend in class or something. So sometimes what I do is I take all those, that energy. If you hear stuff, and it's okay if you do, just give all that over to God, to the to like give it to the sun, to the moon, give it over to your angels, or give it over to your fairies. You don't have to worry about it. And you'll notice the voices will get less and less, and you won't have to worry with that. And then my other favorite exercise I like to do at the end of each day is I imagine a big door of light from the top of my head to the sole of my feet. And I just open this door of light and I just say, Any, anything from the day I don't need. And I even if I can't see it, it's just like big old energy. Um, it just leaves my body. Now the other day I had like a clunk, I had like something heavy come out of my body, and I was like, gosh, that feels good to get out of my body. And then I close up the door and then I do a big door in the back of me. So from behind my head to my heels, and I imagine a big door of light. And then again, I say, body, anything you want to let go, anything that makes you feel heavy or just icky, and I can't tell you why. It just works, it just leaves my body. And then I like to do a little door on my left side and a door on my right side, and then I close them up. And then sometimes the fairies love me to do the fairy doors. So again, the chakras, I'll do a tiny little door at the top of my head, the third eye between my eyebrows, the throat chakra, the heart chakra, the solar plexus that's right below your rib cage, and then you've got your belly button, the sacral two or three fingers under your belly button, the root right where your torso meets your legs. And then I do the R star three or four feet below my feet. So I imagine little doors of light that the fairies are opening. And gosh, stuff will just come flying out, and I'll feel so much better. And I don't have to know what it is, it doesn't matter. I just know I feel better. And then the doors close and I say, Thank you, fairies. And I always end the day thanking everybody. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for this beautiful day. Thank you for all that I've learned. And I don't, I really now as I've gotten older, I don't have to be perfect or it doesn't have I really just kind of am in such gratitude that thank you for everything I learned today. Thank you. Maybe I had something really hard happen. I just send love to myself, I send love to the people in my life, and then I send love to people I don't know. I just imagine the whole earth held in love. And then I imagine because I love animals, so I'll send love to all the animals. I love insects, so I'll send because my mom taught me not to ever see anything but beautiful and of God. All creatures, great and small, come from this divine magical place. So I'll send love to the insects, love tiles, love to the mammals, to the sea creatures, love to everything, to the flora, the fauna, those are the trees and the shrubs and all the plants we don't see, and to the birds. And I just feel this love. And I go love to the stars, the sun and the moon. And I maybe sometime, like if I'm reading the news or something I'm watching, a movie or reading a book, and it's a part of the world, I'll just send love there. And sometimes I don't know where, but I'll send love off planet to a just off because I love the stars and I love I love the galaxy. And so I just know that there's there's more we're gonna keep discovering. And so the last little thing is I work a lot with the galactic fairies. So these are the elementals of the galaxy. So these are galactic fairies, galactic dragons, galactic unicorns. They work with Lyra. There are different stargates. So this is where, if we've ever stuck and we need to dream new dreams, if we feel like something is holding us back, you can call in the galactic fairies and the galactic unicorns and dragons and angels to come help you open up your horizon, open up new ideas, and feel like there is, I believe all of us are born with a divine gold print, that we have a blueprint, but it's golden, that we have certain things we're gonna do in our life, there's certain people we're gonna meet, there's certain experiences our soul wants us to have. Again, our soul to me is our essence, who we are. We're light. And and then from there, though, we can make what's called free will. We can make choices, we can try this and that, but don't worry, all roads lead back to your destiny because I always believe there is some tides of destiny, there is a kind of place we're meant to go. So that's why I'm a big believer in exploring, trying new things, and it's okay because remember, Thomas Edison had to have a thousand failures before he got that light bulb for us. So I'm a big believer that if things don't work out, keep trying. Because there's what's called divine timing, meaning that there's time in humans where we always write, we have our days of the, you know, 24 hours in a day, but there's divine timing. That's magical timing. That's doing things in a in a way where you don't need to know the how. You just need to believe, believe, believe that your dreams will happen and that it's kind of a feeling, it feels almost timeless that there's that there's something lovingly guiding you where you need to go. And so I always say, if if in doubt, do something each day that brings you joy. And maybe it's like you love to play, or you love to draw, or you love to cook, or you love to sew, or play music, or play your video game, whatever it is. Uh just do whatever makes you feel a sense of joy. And I do believe we always need to be in nature as much as possible, too. Because remember, the trees are talking to us, the oceans, the rocks, the mountains. And it's it can be very calming and very helpful to be in nature as much as possible because the fairies, they're just there, they will always send you love and make things feel brighter.

SPEAKER_00:

Vanessa, you have such compassion and passion and joy, and we I'm sending such big love to you and the thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you, thank you for sharing your wisdom. It's like we just got to be in the the galactic, fairy nature spirit, magical being library with you, and gather so much information that and practices that we can bring in as we for our day-to-day and for growing up and living in this world that has so many it's like there's so many different realms within this world. So thank you so much. That was so incredible and so special to hear.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, thank you so much, Wenslow. And I want to thank each and every one of you for being who you each are truly meant to be, being your own authentic sparkle self. And I hope today that anything that feels exciting, you can think about it and know that if in doubt, just ask. Ask for help, whether from someone here, a teacher, a friend, a parent, or ask a stranger. If you're like, I mean, if you know, with mom and dad. But it's okay to ask for help. It's okay to ask for angels to help, fairies to help. Everybody loves to help. And why that's important is I it's really important to me when I work with kids that sometimes we get afraid to ask for help. And and helping is is what we're all meant to do for one another. And I love Mr. Rogers growing up, and I just believe this is a world of love and a world of care. And so just please know that no matter what is happening, it's so important to share how you feel. You don't have to keep that to yourself. And if in doubt, you can talk to a fairy about it. You can give your worries over to an angel as well. But I do find that's so important that we're not alone. And and we all love you, and just sending so much love. I'm here in Maine, so big ocean wave and pine trees fill with love and light for each and every one of you, and just holding the highest divine good for everyone, and just have a magical rest of your day or night wherever you're listening. Thank you, Vanessa. Bye. Bye, so much love.

SPEAKER_00:

Wow, wasn't that so amazing? And how are you doing? There was so much information, and you might now, when you sometimes when you get new information, you might feel a little tired after because you were using your imagination, your heart, your fairy senses, your creativity. And so now might be the perfect time to go outside, to play, to do something you love. You also might feel excited to draw or paint something from the last hour with Vanessa. If there was something you loved that made you excited, when you paint or draw it, it'll help you remember it more. And whatever you draw, you can put in your room somewhere, and that'll help you remember that fairy wisdom that you love. The other fun practice that I loved that Vanessa shared with you and me is the one about your wings. That if you wish, you can imagine that you have wings, and maybe they're fairy wings, maybe they're angel wings, make maybe they're Pegasus wings, or another type of wing. But just for a moment, you imagine that you have these beautiful wings, feeling them on your back. And I like to put my arms out wide and to imagine where do I want my wings to be today? Do you want your wings to be bigger than your outstretched hands? Are they a little bit smaller? You figure out the size, you're using your imagination, and then when you determine the size, what color are your wings? Maybe they're one color, maybe they're a combination, maybe they're sparkling or shimmering. And how does it feel to have your wings there on your back? You might feel more calm, you might feel excited, you might feel light and giggly. And then you can imagine in the day and night that your wings are either out, maybe there's moments where they wrap around you and giving you a hug, and you get to play around with having beautiful magical wings and see what you discover, see how that is for you. You may notice that it helps you remember your fairy self or your angel self or your magical self or your animal self that is just fun. So, thank you so much for listening, and we are so excited for you to have all this new or old information. Old meaning that you knew it at one point, but you're remembering it now. And we'll see you on the next podcast. Thanks so much. Thank you for joining me and the fairies on our fairy podcast. It is an honor to have you with us.
