SPEAKER_04

So what's on the map?

SPEAKER_00

So we're gonna start off with the albums as uh usual. We have G Herbo out. Okay. It's called Lil' Herb, Lil Hair Run Edition.

SPEAKER_04

Little Heron Edition, huh? Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Heard a couple tracks on it. It's it's it's dope. Shouts out, Chicago.

SPEAKER_04

I definitely did hear uh one of the uh tracks. Um what was it? Thug off the uh Thuggest Ruggish Bone B. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, so that shit definitely was, huh?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Uh speaking of Chicago, shouts out to Chief Keith for coming to Chicago for the Summer Smash Festival. And you know he brought out G Herbo doing that. Oh, okay. So yeah, big shouts out to Chateau.

SPEAKER_01

That nigga uh Keith bought that herb and shit.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, it was dope. Of course he was with sexy red, but uh goddamn. She just be there.

SPEAKER_04

There now, like that shit is crazy. Yeah. She just be there now. I don't even like her music.

SPEAKER_02

Like her to be just there, just there like that. Whatever.

SPEAKER_00

Next album, Jim Jones called Landlord. Boy.

SPEAKER_04

Ha ha don't get your super stupid, eh?

SPEAKER_00

Somebody told her that'll be a good marketing.

SPEAKER_04

Cause all the money, you know, saying the fucking shit going on with him and being sad about him. Yeah. So I guess he just says, fuck it, he's gonna come out with some new music. He's gonna call the landlord.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah. That that is though. That's it. Well, the uh the story is complicated.

SPEAKER_04

Because if you was the landlord, then you wouldn't that story. Out of the same page obeyed.

SPEAKER_00

Talking about the man don't always stun on how the man, how much the man he is. Right. Yeah. Well, nah, I feel you don't, man.

SPEAKER_04

Jim Jones with the landlord. It's out. That's it out. I mean, I I really don't want to hear what the fuck Jim Jones is talking about as a man. I'll to be honest. But you know, just on some, you know, dips that shit. I got them give it a spin.

SPEAKER_00

Um, well, I guess you could say dipset. Yeah. But yeah, whatever.

SPEAKER_04

You know, just also got them dips that shit. You know, I still got them let that shit ride.

SPEAKER_00

Um, Kodak Black.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Um, called Kodak the Blessing.

SPEAKER_04

Kodak the Blessing, goddamn.

SPEAKER_00

That's what he said.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, that fucking album cover looks. Funny as hell. Yeah, yeah. What the fuck is this nigga? Cheesing and shit like I like he's sitting on the branch or some shit? Sitting in the tree or some shit, nigga. Uh no, on some uh motherfucking uh on some motherfucking Adam and Eve shit. Cause it's a snake, you know what I'm saying? So curling around, you know, the you know, the fucking branch and shit. But the nigga just sitting there cheese and nigga with a motherfucking uh Mr. Rogers sweat on and shit for looking weird to say.

SPEAKER_00

Just cheese and apple. Yeah, the apple and shit. It definitely gives you that um Adam and Eve feel type stuff.

SPEAKER_04

Right, but I mean shit, it's called Act Black, you know.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. I want to bring this up um because uh it's a DJ mix, though. You know, it has a bunch of other artists on there. Um DJ Money and Wale. It's called Welcome to the Apartments.

SPEAKER_04

Welcome to the Apartments.

SPEAKER_00

It's a DJ mix mix with a bunch of songs you've heard before, but you know, with a mix to it type stuff. So um it's a good hear. It's a good listen to if you want to, you know, mix your favorite song up for a little bit.

SPEAKER_04

They actually do have it uh I'm sorry, uh, but is it all Wale or is it?

SPEAKER_00

No, no, they have different artists on there, yeah. It's based around Wale, but we have people on there, different preference from Beyoncé to Rihanna all the way to Ghana and walk a flock of flame, god damn it. So it's like a a a mix of things going on there. Yeah, it's just a whole lot of definitely had to bring it up because it uh it's versatile.

SPEAKER_04

Definitely um, you know, heard a couple of them uh them motherfuckers that sound decent. You know what I'm saying? Like you know, put them on, but I mean shit, you know, Alchemist does it. Uh I mean excuse it, not alchemist. Um I think Cook's soul does it.

SPEAKER_00

Cook's soul does it, yeah. Cook a soul roll with it. You know what I'm saying? Cook's all roll with it.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, hell yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Um on to singles now. Uh first I have to bring up this Rick Ross, because we brought it up saying that Rick Ross was gonna come out with an album when he was doing that versus with French Montana. That's pretty much what was the versus for us. Just collaborating, saying, oh, we got albums coming out, and we actually got songs together on the albums, so that's how I felt like that versus was from. Oh, okay. But um, on top of us getting that song, that single on the versus, he actually came out with another single, Rick Ross, featuring TI called Mahogany Casket. They have a video out for it right now. Video is visually great, you know what I'm saying? TIA, you know he in his hunger mode now. Right. Right, that nigga tip again. Yeah. Bro, in his bag. Um, I don't know if I brought this up the first time we brought the album up um them them episodes ago, but the album is called Set in Stone. So Set in Stone. Yeah. Um, something to look forward to if you're a Rick Ross fan.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. We'll check it out.

SPEAKER_00

Uh next single.

SPEAKER_04

Because that nigga was the boss, goddammit, when he got caught on that flight, nigga.

SPEAKER_00

Oh man. Oh man. And then and then let Drake talk shit about it.

SPEAKER_04

Oh shit. Oh man, Joe. That shit was crazy.

SPEAKER_00

That shit was nuts. So, okay, that's good music, though. That's good music. The uh this next single I'm bringing up, it's called Body Drop. I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing the name right, but Huguel, Hugo, I guess. Hugh June. Uh that person, Big Shun, and Scott Storch on the track. It's called Body Drop once again. Um uh Scott Storch on the track. Wow. Where did you find him? Where did you find him?

SPEAKER_04

He said, Where did you find this one?

SPEAKER_00

It's called Body Drop. Y'all go ahead and check him out. Uh, next single we got is Lula Chris and Glow Rilla with Real Hustler.

SPEAKER_04

Okay, Lula.

SPEAKER_00

Luda has been trying to dib and die whenever he feels like it. Look, be like Fred Prince, just choose a side. Be like Will Smith and choose a side. No, but he's cool. Lula still got them shits. Yeah. You know, we we grew up listening to Lula, goddammit. Hell yeah, nigga. Lula definitely had our era.

SPEAKER_04

You know, right. His flaws, goddammit. He ain't never talked about, you know what I'm saying? Nothing that was, you know, too outlandish. Too outrageous, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

He stayed in uh in the in the comfort zone. Parents should play him too. Yeah, hell yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Parents, well, you know what I'm saying? Love the fuck out of motherfucking Luna.

SPEAKER_00

And Glorilla, she be doing her thing. She not too bad. Yeah, she be doing that.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Deep voice weight. Right.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, real man fit shit.

SPEAKER_00

Um, next track we got Zachary. I used to call him Zakari. I don't know, Zachary.

SPEAKER_04

Uh, that's the one with the uh eye at the end.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. With a dra called Real Life. Real Soulful sounding song. And, you know, the title says it all, he's talking about real life. Right.

SPEAKER_04

He's talking about some real life shit.

SPEAKER_00

Dope, dope, dope, dope. Um, real soulful. Another track, soulful type. Um, Zion Marley with a song called Caught Up.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

So, man, we got some good songs out here, man. We got some good songs out here.

SPEAKER_04

Definitely wanted to bring up uh motherfucker YG. He got some, you know what I'm saying, nice, goddammit. I'm not gonna say, you know, touching and shit. But, you know, for all the, you know, uh the stigma, you know, that's brought about with, you know, like rap, hip hop, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. You know, men, you know, all this, you know, Yes, gangsters, all this shit. He switches it up. He has an upcoming project called The Gentlemen's Club, and he has a song and video out now uh with uh him, J, and Ab Soul called Insecure. And, you know, all you know, since the three of them are on there rapping about their, you know, insecurities.

SPEAKER_00

That's a strong subject right now.

SPEAKER_04

I'm yeah, as a man. You know what I'm saying? As a man, period. That's a strong subject. That's some, you know, strong shit right there. And you know, they definitely came through and delivered. I like the fucking track. It's real, you know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_00

To the point.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, like it's it's just real nigga shit. Real. You know, after you know what I'm saying, like, you know, shit, you know, that motherfuckers go through that we don't tell the world. Oh, nigga. You know what I'm saying? About plain and simple.

SPEAKER_00

It'd be real, it be real.

SPEAKER_04

Why G touches on anxiety and struggling to open up, G it gets into, or you know, J.I.D. I just call him G it. Yeah, we uh yeah. But uh G it gets into self-confidence and how imperfections can turn into frustration, and Ab Sol gets into uh Stevens Johnson syndrome, you know, and how that affected his appearance growing up. Yeah, well he raps about it though. Um but Steven Johnson syndrome is a rare life-threatening allergic reaction that affects the skin and mucus membranes. So shit, life-threatening is fucking real. That's real, like nigga, you can have an allergic reaction, nigga, that can, you know, take you out, bro. Like that shit is true.

SPEAKER_00

That shit's crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, shit shit, you know what I'm saying? Shit is true. But, you know, they you know definitely get into their insecurities. And man, I like the motherfucking project. You know what I'm saying?

SPEAKER_00

And they picked out, and these is the right ones, I feel like, that'll do a project like this.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, hell yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Out the blue. YG definitely.

SPEAKER_04

Out the blue, didn't see them.

SPEAKER_00

Out the blue didn't see Young bag with this one. Out the blue didn't see YG coming with it, but you know he ain't too far off. He ain't too far. He got a couple tracks here and there where he's saying some real real shit. Yeah, yeah. Some real shit. Definitely. I'll be catching him. He he say some real nigga shit a lot of times. Like all of it came out. Um, bang, bang, you got slang, and you gotta, and a lot of times you gotta read in between the lines in these lyrics type shit. Yeah, most definitely, though. J I D and Ab, so hell yeah, all the way. All the way, all the way, yeah, all the way. All the way. He he picked the right ones.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, he definitely did. Definitely did. I mean, because I mean, like anybody else, you know what I'm saying, wouldn't take it as, you know, serious, you know, as he wanted, you know what I'm saying, to motherfucking take that shit. Like, nigga, get on here, nigga, you know, rap about your motherfucking is, you know what I'm saying? Like, because I'm I'm rapping about my insecurities, bro. You know what I'm saying? Like, nigga, I I'm not gonna, you know what I'm saying, say, you know, every, you know, such a fucking man out here, but you know, nigga, it's a lot of motherfuckers out here, bro. Yeah, nigga. Like, insecure, bro.

SPEAKER_00

Like, it and it could be anything that you talk about that you just um brought up. It could be job-related, it could be a motherfucker need reinsurance type shit. Yeah. It could be like, uh, damn, I'm gonna go for this position, or I'm gonna go for the position. Am I qualified for this position? Am I ready for this position? Do I have what a tape for this position? It could go anyway. So everybody definitely goes there. It don't never have to be like.

SPEAKER_04

Right, because every every fucking body on the goddamn planet has insecurities games. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

It don't never have to be none about it'll have to be about somebody me having it towards somebody think uh from the air side looking towards me. It could be just me and me, like, damn man, do I have what it takes for this shit? Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_04

Nah, real shit. Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So yeah. Shit.

SPEAKER_04

You know, motherfuckers deal with that you don't normally talk about on an everyday basis. This is a song, you know, that you you wouldn't hear coming from your, you know, uh, you know, average hottest rapper right now.

SPEAKER_00

But like these days, goddammit.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, definitely not. Definitely not. You know what I'm saying? Because ain't nobody trying to, you know what I'm saying? Dick, I mean, I would niggas trying to dance.

SPEAKER_00

Niggas trying to dance and shit.

SPEAKER_04

I would still put Drake in that category.

SPEAKER_00

Talking about call me.

SPEAKER_02

He done threw his feelings out there a lot.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, he done threw his feelings out there a lot. Yeah, he did. But other than that. Other than that, you know. But those are you know what I'm saying, feelings, you know what I'm saying? Not, you know, insecurities. You know what I'm saying? So that's a definitely difference. But you ain't call me, bitch. You still wouldn't, I mean, I guess that is an insecurity for that nigga.

SPEAKER_02

Bitch, please call me. This is goddamn nigga. It's that nigga feelings. Well no.

SPEAKER_04

But no, Joe, good ass song. Real life shit, man. Check it out. Uh definitely want the motherfucking big up Tiana Taylor. Real life shit. Uh she is, goddammit, gonna be saluted as icon of the year for the 2026 B.E.T. Awards. That's dope. Yeah, so you know. Um I don't technically give a fuck about the B.E.T. Awards.

SPEAKER_00

Their opinion and their opinion. Well, we're talking about the girl with the abs of steel, huh?

SPEAKER_04

But yeah, you know, definitely giving her icon of the year definitely seems, you know what I'm saying, suitable. Because um, how they, you know, phrase it, uh, icon of the year, this ward, you know, is presented to a culture-defining artist, someone whose impact isn't measured in years, and then the undeniable weight they carry in every room, every conversation, and every corner of the culture that they touch. Yeah. That definitely sounds like Deontay. Yeah, you know, you guys had a motherfucking run right now.

SPEAKER_00

Oh girl. What's in the title of Perry Flex? Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

I never I you know, I don't watch Tyler Perry Flex. That was the Byron bitch. Oh, she was what, getting beat, getting cheese on, you know, one of them.

SPEAKER_02

That's a Tyler Perry. Which role was she for? That was Byron's girlfriend.

SPEAKER_04

I don't know who fuck Byron is, nigga.

SPEAKER_02

I just know somebody in a female role is beat or cheated on. Or both. God damn it, hey.

SPEAKER_04

How about that? Okay.

SPEAKER_00

That nigga be making. I hate to do that. I hate to do it. I don't even want to get in that way. I hate to do it, but that's the only way. She was Byron's girlfriend in the title of Perry Flick, bro.

unknown

I don't even know who Byron is.

SPEAKER_00

Nigga, what? I love Perry Flick. But which one? Remember, she should be like Byron. That's what I'm saying. That was a meme. I never saw it, but I saw that part playing, you know.

SPEAKER_04

I don't know. I ain't never seen it.

SPEAKER_00

So uh in the Tutter Pair universe, Byron is a character played by Shad Mouse.

SPEAKER_04

Shad Mouse, okay.

SPEAKER_00

Had a girl. Yes.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, that name had to hit on me for a second. Like, nigga was.

SPEAKER_00

In a movie called Medea's Big Happy Happy Family, um, he has a girlfriend named Um Sabrina, who's played by Tiana Taylor.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_00

There was a meme going around, you know. She used to antagonize him, get on his nerves, and she used to say his name constantly, like irritating this shit. Irritating this shit. So I can understand why you missed it. Because I wouldn't I I would have missed it if, you know, if it didn't come around my feet. But um I recognized her when she started singing, she's dope. She's dope on the dancing and singing.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yeah, most definitely.

SPEAKER_00

Recognized her face.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

And I was like, yeah, she's definitely, I I feel like that's her in real life.

SPEAKER_04

Right, yeah. Like that's how she is.

SPEAKER_00

Shorty from New York. Shout out to New York Knicks for um doing their thing.

SPEAKER_04

SPEAKER_00

Of course she's obnoxious.

SPEAKER_04

Tom out of course, she's obnoxious.

SPEAKER_00

Not to say every woman is from New York is obnoxious. Look, we're gonna do it right now.

SPEAKER_02

That was crazy, man.

SPEAKER_04

Shout out New York, man. New York, you know. I live some motherfuckers, though.

SPEAKER_00

Oh yeah, oh yeah. I done been there.

SPEAKER_04

That's a good side, you know, I've side of there. I done experienced the New York life. I was a little salty though, but at the same time, that motherfucking uh, hey, I'm walking here, though.

SPEAKER_02

That shit is real, nigga. Y'all ass is beyond that shit for real, for real. You need to get the fuck out the way, nigga.

SPEAKER_00

SPEAKER_00

It's crazy ass. He probably like, let's see who all gonna come see me in this cone.

SPEAKER_04

You know what I'm saying? As much as everybody say that they don't fuck with Kanye, motherfuckers fuck with me. That bitch gonna be Kanye. That bitch gonna be so that bitch is gonna be, you know what I'm saying, pack. Yeah. Like, motherfuckers still, I got I mean, I'm you know, a Kanye fan still. Like, I the nigga does and say some wild ass shit, bro. But at the end of the day, I just, you know, chalk it up to whatever the fuck that that nigga has been, you know, experienced to, like, you know, like motherfucking, you know, Ruven nigga in One Piece, Joe. That was at his breaking point. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? We ain't at that tax bracket, so we don't know. I mean, yeah, yeah. You know, motherfucker, don't know, but we ain't there yet. At the end of the day, should niggas still make good ass music me. I mean, that nigga still making hits, nigga. That goddamn bookly decent as hell, nigga. I'm gonna get in tune.
