Made For More
Why believing in yourself is a full time job!
Today is awesome because we are now on episode #10! Did you know only 20% of podcasters make It to producing episode 10?
Some stop creating because they overthink everything:
- “Is this episode good enough?”
- “Do I sound dumb?”
- “What if no one cares?”
That internal pressure can kill progress faster than anything else.
Which is perfect because today we are talking about having self belief and how to believe in yourself and keep going!
Believing in yourself is a full time job and on today’s episode, we’re diving into why that matters—and how you can become the kind of person who truly believes in themselves.
Self doubt is loud, but self belief? It has to be chosen—over and over again.
We’re talking about practical mindset shifts, ditching other peoples approval and what it actually takes to build unshakable self-trust.
We also do a mindset journaling activity so im leaving it here in the show notes for you to refer back to.
Here’s a journaling exercise I want you to try. Grab a notebook or open a note on your phone, and write this:
•I am (fill in the blank with your goal)
Examples:
•I am a marathon runner.
•I am a bestselling author.
•I am a college graduate.
•I am a business owner.
•I am a loving parent.
Now, under each one, write:
•I believe I can be [your goal].
•I believe I have what it takes to become [your goal].
•I believe I will be [your goal].
