You already know what to do. Take a moment with that. Not what you should do, not what someone else told you, but what you know would actually move your life forward, and yet you're not doing it. So let's be real for a second. This isn't a knowledge problem. It's not that you need another podcast, another book, another strategy. You already have the step. So what's actually going on? Most people think the answer is I need more discipline. I need more motivation, I need to try harder. But if that were true, you'd have already done it. Because you do try, you do care, you do want things to change. So instead of pushing harder, let's look somewhere else. Let's look at what happens in the moment before you don't do that thing. There's a pause there, a hesitation, a subtle resistance. Sometimes it feels like I'll do this later. Now's not the right time. I need to get into the right mindset first. But underneath all of that, there's usually something quieter, something unspoken. So here's your step for today. Name the resistance out loud. That's it. Not fix it, not overcome it, not push through it, just name it. When you feel yourself not doing the thing, pause and say out loud if you can, I'm not doing this because and then fill in the blank. No filters, no judgment, just honesty. Why this works? Because most of what holds us back stays powerful by staying hidden. The moment you name it, you bring it out into the light, and something shifts. You might realize I actually am afraid this won't work. I don't want to feel uncomfortable. If I do this, things might actually change, and that actually scares me. And now you're no longer stuck in confusion. You're in relationship with what's real. So today you don't need to do one big thing. You don't even need to shrink it further. Just notice the moment you don't act and name what's there. That alone creates space.
