Title:  Why It Feels Like Nothing Is Working (And What Might Help)

You’ve tried things.
 You’ve started. Stopped. Restarted.
And somewhere along the way… it began to feel like nothing is actually working.

But what if that’s not the truth?

What if the real issue isn’t failure…
 but fragmentation?

In today’s episode, we explore why it feels like nothing is working—even when you’re putting in effort—and how being pulled in too many directions can quietly cancel your progress.

More importantly, we introduce a grounded, simple step to help you regain traction—without needing more motivation, more strategies, or more pressure.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, scattered, or quietly discouraged…
 this episode is for you.

Let's talk about that feeling, the one that says, I've tried and nothing is working. Not loudly, not dramatically, but quietly, consistently, in the background of your own life. And over time, that feeling starts to shape something deeper. Doubt, fatigue, disengagement. Because when nothing feels like it's working, why keep trying? But here's what I want to gently offer you today. What if it's not that nothing is working? What if it is that too many things are pulling you on you at once? Think about this for a moment. How many times have you tried recently? A new routine, a new mindset, a new system, a new plan, maybe even multiple at the same time, and each one requires your attention, your energy, your focus, your belief. Now here's the part of the that goes often unseen. Every time you shift from one thing to another, you interrupt the momentum of the first. Not because it didn't work, but because it didn't get the space to. So instead of progress, you experience fragments. A little bit of effort here, a little bit of effort there, but nothing long enough or steady enough to actually take root. And from the outside it looks like nothing is working. But from a deeper perspective, you haven't been giving anything the chance to work. And this is not a failure. This is not a lack of discipline. This is what happens when you're trying to change while being pulled in too many directions. So instead of adding more, let's shift into a different direction today. Not more effort, not more ideas, but less with intention. Here's your step for today. Choose one path and stay with it on purpose for a set period of time. Not forever, just long enough to actually see what happens. And I want to be very clear here, this is not about picking the perfect path. This is about picking a path and giving it your attention without constantly second guessing it. Because when you stay, something changes, your energy stabilizes, your focus deepens, and most importantly, you become begin to see cause and effect. You start to notice what actually is happening. Instead of constantly resetting the experiment, and that's where traction begins. Not in doing more, but in staying long enough for something to respond to you. So if you've been feeling like nothing is working, try this instead. Not more, not different, just stay. Stay with one thing, stay with one direction, stay long enough to let it speak back to you. And if something inside of you is already pushing back, saying, but what if I choose wrong? That's okay. That's a part of the pull. That's the part of what keeps you switching. You don't need to solve this today. You just need to stay a little longer than you normally would. Because sometimes the breakthrough you're looking for isn't in the next thing. It's giving the current thing the chance you never gave it. If this resonates with you, I want you to take this step and then meet me over at the Stage Podcast. Because over there we're going to go deeper into what actually happens internally when you finally stop switching and start staying. Until then, stay steady, stay present, and remember it may not be that nothing is working, it may just be that nothing has been given the space to. I'll meet you on the stage.
