Maddy joins the pod to chat candidly about leading students through lightning storms on remote canoe packing trips , learning from inspiring leaders and mentors and rafting wild Ecuadorian rivers.

Throughout this conversation, what struck us as truly inspiring was her passion for adventures in nature, yet a deep understanding that one can learn from any experience in the nature space.  All of her tales are filled with a deep humility, respect and empathy for both other humans and the wild spaces in which she loves to roam.
