Vibe Bites - Dr. uses Naturism as an excuse for bad behavior

When people use naturism to excuse bad behavior, it hurts us all.  Naturism is a wholesome, healthy way of life and for people to claim they were doing something wrong because they are a nudist isn't right.

That's kind of what it means to be a naturist, There are places where you don't expect that. You don't expect to see a person walking into a room without their clothes on, and to label that as nudism is kind of wrong.

I agree. and I will always preach this, context. Really matters, right? For instance, there is a doctor out there who was under hot waters for repeatedly engaging in sexual misconduct and walked in his office naked These poor patients, they weren't expecting their doctor to be running through their office naked. And according to the article he claims to be a naturist, and he's using that as an excuse as to why he was naked in a place that. Didn't allow for that. I think people who get into the nature space for wrong reasons. They will use naturalism whenever something inappropriate happens, such as this example and it hurts, nature of spaces. It hurts the people that are in it who upholds specific values. If I know that I'm not supposed to be naked in this particular part of the world, then I'm not gonna do it.'cause one, I don't wanna be arrested. you would think a doctor is smart enough to know that.

Yeah, and I think that part of it is just like you said, he's using Nudism or Nam as an excuse for his behavior. But the reality is, is this is not something that nudist or nature is do.

after reading this article, I think it's well deserved. The guy was not only. Being forcefully nude around his patients, but he was also under hot waters for overprescribing patients, medication. So I don't think this guy really has, um, a strong moral center.

Yeah, I think in this particular case, the sensationalism doesn't really bother me, but it does bother me from a viewpoint of that's not how we all operate. as a Ethical nature is respect and consent and context really does matter, you know what they say. You can't teach people common sense.

You know what's funny about it?'cause he reached out, asked about NBN. Asked about, what we're doing, how to join, and he was very nice and cordial and I was like, okay, cool. he mentioned the other stuff that, he did, in the Nature's world as a nude caster. was like, Hey, I, I'm interested in starting a pickleball league and it would be cool to like, list on NBN. And so I was like, oh, great, we're getting more followers, more, interested people. And I reached out to you because I wanna do my due diligence. And you came back with this article.

Yeah, it was pretty easy to find. I mean, you'd think that somebody who has had a past like that, I don't know, might be a little bit more, um, reserved about reaching out under potentially false pretenses like that.

Well, I don't wanna assume that, that request was a false pretense. He might just be doing things to make himself look better In the public eye like, Hey, I am a true naturist, look at my pickleball team.

Right? Right. And still use Nudism or Nam as a way to justify the poor behavior. when you sent me that article, sent it back to him, and I'm like, this, you. Message comes back with a long explanation. I'm not gonna even get into what that explanation is, but it was definitely no accountability there. So, needless to say, he's not part of NBN.
