Today, we’re bringing you a shocking update out of Arkansas, where Dr. David Diffine has just had his medical license revoked for five years. The Arkansas State Medical Board took action after video surfaced, showing Diffine walking around nude in his Blytheville office and even performing a sexual act in front of three staff members, one of whom was a patient. This follows an emergency suspension issued in October 2024, and a unanimous revocation decision was made at a disciplinary hearing in early August 2025. Follow link below for the video coverage of the court hearing for additional context.

Gabby:

So David Dani, our nudist doctor, we covered a couple of by bytes ago. He got his medical license revoked until 2030 and more came out about what he was actually engaging in. He actually was performing sexual acts at work with a patient,

Dan:

which is unbelievable that somebody would do something like that.

Gabby:

Yeah, and what's even more unbelievable is how he tried to use Nudism or Naturism as an excuse for this poor behavior. And not only that, he. I think this time he really just decided that he was gonna take accountability for it because he had no other choice previously. He was trying to lie about it. He was even trying to lie about it to me when he reached out about and me in n right. He claimed that all of this, all the news reports, the video footage that was leaked. Apparently he was trying to say it was an ex-girlfriend doing revenge porn, but I just can't, I just can't accept that, like how do you watch that and think it's revenge porn? None of it was even remotely close to being porn. It was literally just footage of him misbehaving in the workplace nude. Like, I personally would not have taken that as, oh, this is revenge porn.

Dan:

Yeah. And going back to what you just said about using Nudism, I mean just like he's trying to claim that because he's a nudist, these things are okay. That's not real ethical. Nature is, don't do things like that.

Gabby:

Yeah. And you know, not even just ethical nature is ethical doctors that we. You know, go to see it and entrust our bodies with you. Don't expect them to, you know, perform or try to perform sexual acts with a patient.

Dan:

Exactly. So now he's got his license revoked, and apparently during the hearing he admitted to what he did and actually said that he's now taking responsibility for the things that he did.

Gabby:

I mean. Why couldn't he take responsibility in the beginning?

Dan:

Right, exactly.

Gabby:

You know, I don't see a man who has multiple Instagram profiles.

Dan:

Well, not just that. He created another Instagram profile after you called him out.

Gabby:

Oh, that's right.

Dan:

Right, that's right. Because he followed you Uhhuh and then you called him out. And then stopped talking to him. And then he created a new Instagram account and followed you again.

Gabby:

And then followed you. Yeah. And then followed NVN. And I think he may have followed the nature's vibe. I'm not sure. But I don't think he's gonna be following now

Dan:

exactly.

Gabby:

After hearing this. But you know, like regardless of being a naturist or not right. Being a good person is what we all should strive to be.

Dan:

That's right. Exactly

Gabby:

right. A good, decent human being. Respecting people's space, respecting the role that you put yourself in as a doctor to help individuals who come to you in a state of vulnerability.

Dan:

Exactly.

Gabby:

And then also too, like. When you're in the NAS world, you know, we expect people to be respectful of not just like that, we're all naked, but why we're there that should be respected and not used to justify why you decided to just be an IBUs. Yeah, that's what it is. You're just being a real invisible.

Dan:

In his testimony, he said that it was a lapse of judgment on his part, but it seems like

Gabby:

he has multiple lapse of judgment. He

Dan:

does. So it seems like this is more predatory behavior on his part. Not so much. Just a lapse of judgment. Ooh, I forgot today to put my pants on.

Gabby:

Didn't he also get his license revoked previously for Oh, he, yeah. We mentioned this before in the last value byte that he got his license revoked. For over-prescribing patients prescriptions, which, okay, sometimes as human beings, as a doctor, you can get it wrong, but when you go out of your way to do it multiple times, you clearly don't value people and their life because you are willing to use your power in this role to really like. Add to the pain and suffering of a lot of people. addiction is no joke. And as a doctor, you would think that you would not add to that dynamic by over-prescribing people for the sake of what, more money in your pocket.

Dan:

Exactly. I mean, again, this is predatory behavior. He was using this environment that seemed like. People were vulnerable. People were expecting to have a doctor who was there with their best interests.

Gabby:

Yeah.

Dan:

And so he was taking advantage of that. It's very clear.

Gabby:

And you know, people like that do choose positions like being a doctor or becoming a quote unquote Nats. And I say that'cause he's, I don't believe he's really a Nats, but they choose these. You know, spaces or this type of job because it allows them to be in the place of people who are in a vulnerable state or moment. And that is what predators do. So, you're right, he is a predator. Yeah.

Dan:

So the real question I think at this point is, is having his license revoked until 2030. Long enough. Is it long enough? Is that a real sufficient enough punishment for his behavior considering it's not just as, in his words, a lapse of judgment on, on one occasion? It, it clearly there was more to it than that. So yeah. Is it really an appropriate sentence?

Gabby:

Well I don't think so, but maybe I am missing something. Maybe there's. You know, laws are different state by state. Who knows why? It was only, well, I don't know if you know, let me know, but I don't know why it was only till 2030, but I would hope that there is more to that than just his license being revoked. Like he would have to actually show some type of work. Where he's like, maybe go see a therapist, go do some community service, whatever it is to show, right. Don't just, you know, slide in people's dms and talk about putting on a pickleball naturist team and try to hide behind the guise of naturalism too. Justify behavior.

Dan:

Yeah. So let us know what you think. Is this sentence appropriate? Do you think he should have gotten more time? Do you think he should have had some other things happen to him? Reach out to us, let us know.

Gabby:

And you can do that by sending us a text through your favorite streaming platform,

Dan:

and this is the nature's vibe.
