Looking back on last year, I find myself reflecting on a journey of deep journaling, gratitude, triggers, healing, and awareness. It was a year where I didn’t just hear the words—triggers, responses, vulnerability—but truly felt them in my body.
In this episode, I share a heart-led conversation about growth that unfolds in layers, how our bodies hold wisdom, how writing brings clarity, and how old beliefs quietly dissolve when we least expect it. I revisit and rewrite parts of my book My Way to Happiness – It Gets Better and Better, navigate misunderstandings, sit with discomfort, and recognise that my story truly matters.
