In this solo episode, I get really honest about what's been showing up for me lately. 💛 No guest, no script — just me, sitting with what is, and sharing it from the heart. 🤍
I've been caught in the loop of comparing myself to others 😔 — that quiet, heavy feeling of wondering why I'm not further along, why my life doesn't look like everyone else's. It came up strongly at a lunch recently, surrounded by people, and yet feeling so deeply unseen by myself. ✨
I open up about the friendships that feel a little one-sided right now 💔, the dear friend I'm missing and dreaming about, and the gentle but powerful reminder I received to stop searching for what I need in the external world — and start giving it to myself. 🌸
I also get really real about sugar 🍫 — how it shows up as comfort when I'm feeling low, and the quiet victory of sitting with the craving and saying to myself, 'this shall pass.' And it did. 🙏
This episode is tender and unfinished, and I think that's exactly why it matters. 💫 Not every chapter has an answer yet — and that's okay. I'm learning to trust the journey, nurture myself, and honour where I am right now. 🌱
