Heart Felt with Julie Margerison
Heart Felt is more than a podcast - it's a space for real, human connection.
My mission is simple: to give people a voice. Not the polished, performative voice that society often expects - but the voice that comes from the heart, from the soul.
It's about holding space for others to share their perspective with judgment.

I'll be honest β I almost didn't record this one. I've had a cough for three weeks, my voice has been croaky, and there's been so much swirling around inside me that I wasn't sure I could find the words. But this morning I decided to just show up anyway β imperfect, a little rough around the edges, and real. πΏ
In this solo episode, I share what's been stirring deeply within me since a solo weekend I took at the beach β just me, my journal, the ocean, and the kind of stillness that has a way of unearthing things I didn't even know were still buried. π I'd just finished narrating my audiobook, 'My Way to Happiness β It Gets Better and Better', and the process of reliving my own story brought so much back to the surface again. What came through during my time away was a confronting, beautiful truth: I am being called to stand in my power and speak my truth β even when every part of me wants to go small and avoid the conflict. πΈ
I pulled a card from my 'Wisdom of the Oracle' deck that morning β and it was 'Chaos and Conflict'. Even those words made me want to curl up and hide. Because for most of my 56 years, I have ducked and weaved away from conflict, swallowed things down, and silenced myself to keep the peace. But this episode is about what happens when I stop swallowing. When I choose, gently and bravely, to speak from soul rather than from fear. ποΈ
I don't share the full story β I need to protect the people involved β but I do share the feeling of it. The tenderness of learning to come from compassion rather than combat. The difference between forgiveness of another and forgiveness of self. And the quiet, growing strength I'm finding when I stay rooted in what is genuinely, authentically true for me. πΊ
I am grateful for every storm that is teaching me to stand. π«
