In this episode of the Culture Warfare Podcast, the guys lay out their hard-line Second Amendment stance and explain why they call themselves 2A absolutists, walking through a thought experiment from suppressors and SBRs all the way up to tanks, jets, and warships. They then break down what the NFA and GCA actually do, how SBRs, suppressors, and “any other weapons” are regulated, and why they see these laws as little more than a de facto registry of law‑abiding gun owners.
They also cover the SHORT Act, SHUSH Act, and Hearing Protection Act, explain the differences between them, and talk about why Republicans in Congress are currently stalling bills that would meaningfully roll back NFA restrictions. Using real guns in the studio, they walk through pistols vs rifles vs SBRs, pinned and welded barrels, pistol braces, “constructive intent,” and why the current rule set is incoherent. In the back half, they dive into crime statistics for NFA items, discuss why criminals ignore gun laws, and argue that the core problem is moral and cultural, not hardware.
