SPEAKER_00:

Hey beautiful people. Welcome to the very first episode of the Poise for Purpose podcast, where identity meets strategy, and we equip purpose-driven leaders like yourself to show up with clarity, confidence, and excellence. I'm your host, Tabitha J, brand strategist, etiquette coach, speaker, and your go-to guide for aligning who you are with how you lead. Now, today we're gonna dive into something foundational and set the tone with one simple truth. You ready to hear it? Let's go. The brand is you. Let's build beyond the logo. Now, over the years I've worked with so many individuals in business, in ministry, in transition. And one of the first things I often hear is, Tabitha, what should my logo look like? What colors feel powerful? How do I make my brand look legit? Now, while I love a beautiful logo and a well-curated brand board, this is what I often say. A brand built on aesthetics without identity will always fall play. Because branding isn't just about how it looks, it's about how it lives through you. Now let's deal with three core truths. The first one, your brand is built on clarity, not just creativity. Before the colors, before the Canva, or even before the content plan, you need to be clear on three things. That's who you are, who you're called to serve, and what problem you solve. If you can't answer those three questions, that logo is just decoration. Now here's number two. You carry the culture of your brand before the first product or post. Whether you're a speaker, a creative, an educator, or an entrepreneur, people buy into you first. You are the living brand manual. Branding isn't just what you post, it's how you show up, how you speak, how you handle pressure. It's the message in your presence and the integrity in your execution before you ever sell a product or step on a stage. So if you don't know who you are, there's not a branding kid in this world that can cover that up. Because at the heart of every impactful brand is a person who knows their identity, knows their audience, and knows their assignment. Here's the last one, number three. You don't need to be famous to be impactful. You just need to be faithful. Stop waiting until the website is perfect. Stop comparing your beginning to someone else's photo shoot. God doesn't bless branding, He blesses obedience. So just be obedient to the identity He gave you and build from there. So, final encouragement and reflection. Let me just offer you this reminder. Number one, you are the brand. Number two, you are the distinction. And number three, you're already more prepared than you give yourself credit for. Don't hide behind the graphics. Don't shrink to blend in. You were called for this. And that, that's the boldest brand statement you could ever make. Well, that's it for now. Remember, keep showing up with purpose. Walk in your identity and let your strategy match your calling. I'm Tabitha J, and this is Poise for Purpose. Stay poised, stay purposeful, and I promise it'll be powerful. I'll see you next time.
