Grief and Continuance: What My Dog Taught Me About Moving On
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, I reflect on grief, not as something to overcome, but something to carry. Through the story of my dog, my hair, and a period of quiet depression, I try to understand what it means to sit with loss without letting it consume you.
This is a meditation on heartbreak, identity, and the strange lessons that arrive when comfort doesn’t show up the way we expect it to. Sometimes, the world doesn’t abandon us, it simply steps outside and waits.
If this left you with a question, write to me.
If it makes you remember someone, go for a walk toward that memory, and then write to me.
