Show Notes

In 1985 Wynand du Toit led a patrol of crack South African Recce soldiers from a submarine to a sensitive oil installation in Angola. The mission: to blow it up, and hinder Angola's ability to wage war. But things went wrong, and Wynand ended up wounded, captured and paraded before the international press. After almost 3 years of solitary confinement, he was suddenly released. His subsequent search for the truth behind the failed mission, however, raised more questions than answers.
