Uh usually, you know, when our uh first episodes go up uh weekly, they'll go up on BuzzSprout. The reason I'm asked uh uh saying this, I got an email. Uh they usually go up on Buzzsprout and Spotify first, and then on my own channel, Muscle and Fiction goes up on Wednesday, but these go up like usually Sunday or Monday night.
