What if your business vision could act as a compass for every decision you make? When your business vision acts as a compass, every decision you make points you toward your desired future. By the end of this session, you'll have a compelling vision statement that serves as your North Star guiding you to align your business with your vision. Hello everyone, I'm Fran, your NLP and business coach. I know you've wondered about your business vision. I'm here to guide you in three simple steps. Get ready to take notes, turn ideas into action, and let's ignite our entrepreneurial potential together.

What A Business Vision Means

Fran

Understanding your business vision is the first step. The outcome is to understand how a clear vision can shape, guide and elevate every aspect of your business. Your vision is the big picture view of your business. It describes what you want to create, why it matters, and the impact you aim to have on the world. In essence, a vision is the future you're building. And on screen we just have a simple thing just to help you put it together. So your vision equals the big picture, and then you add your why and you create your impact.

Write A One-Sentence Vision Statement

Fran

Write your business vision is the second step. The outcome is to have a clear one-sentence vision statement that feels both inspiring and specific enough to guide daily actions. Write one sentence that describes the future you're building. Keep it clear and inspiring. Make it broad enough to guide every choice you make. You can ask yourself if people looked back in five years, what would you like them to say about your business? My vision is An example of this is My Vision is a world where small creators thrive with reliable revenue and complete creative independence. It clearly states the target audience, which is small creators, the core value or outcome, which is to generate consistent income, and a guiding principle, and that's maintaining creative freedom. My actual vision is so simplistic I can say it in five words. It's literally make learning accessible for all. You can do it. I know you can, and you know you know you can.

Turn Vision Into Daily Actions

Fran

So write down your vision and write three small daily actions that support that vision. So an example of a daily action would be to engage with three potential creators or communities to understand their needs and where you can help with reliable income. So you could comment or message with permission, and another example is to create or update a piece of content that demonstrates a practical way for creators to earn steady income. So that could be a template or a mini guide. You get the idea, I know you do. At the end of each day, check did I do my actions, did they align with my vision? You can adjust the next day's actions based on that check-in. And remember, this is meant to be without overwhelm, it's just a simple check-in, it's just to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Journal Prompts For Daily Alignment

Fran

Here are some journal prompts for your reflection. Are my actions today moving me toward my vision? What adjustments do I need to stay aligned tomorrow? What's one small improvement I can implement the next day? Now these journal prompts are additional. You can screenshot this, you can write them down, come back to them, journal on them, brain dump on them, they're yours to do with as you wish.

Keep Moving With Imperfect Action

Fran

Awesome work! You understand your vision, you've written it down, you've created a sustainable daily habit. At Melancholy Coaching, we share clear beginner-friendly content for business training and self-improvement. It's designed to inspire newcomers, refresh knowledge, and keep you motivated to grow. Now, motivated to grow and self-improvement is me on the daily. Some of you may have already noticed that I've got a slight speech impediment, I've got a Lisp, I'm a little bit prone to messy imperfect action. But you know, just do it. Get out there and just do it. And until next time, keep igniting your creative potential.
